  • Disappointing

by MBizz on 5/14/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 1 out of 5

My grandson‘s very favorite show is paw patrol he loves all of the characters. He gets so excited when his show comes on TV. He absolutely hated this stage show! This was nothing like what you would expect for paw patrol. First of all the costumes were disturbing to a toddler because it was adult people with a giant head on the front of them while their bodies were exposed so as they’re prancing around the stage singing and dancing all you focus on is the humans that are holding this head. It doesn’t look like actual paw patrol characters and it was more like a Broadway musical with singing and dancing rather than superheroes fighting bad guys like it’s supposed to be. Big waste of money! We left the show early even though we had VIPs to get photos taken, there’s no way my grandson was about to get anywhere near those people with a giant head on the front of them. He was not happy! We weren’t the only ones lots of people were leaving and during intermission all the people in the lobby We’re complaining about how terrible the show was.

  • Needs some improvement

by Liberty on 5/13/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 3 out of 5

This was a great show but it is supposed to be aimed for kids. Needs to have more parts where the kids are involved like let's count down together or when they do a chant needs to be longer by time we understand what's be said and start to join with the kids the show was moving on they should stop and ask the kids to help run or wave their hands. Just over all needs more kids involvement . Also shea performing arts in Buffalo should have been more prepared with popcorn for the kids no near enough also as families we were spending over 500 dollars and then we had to pay 5 for water for the kids. Just expected more especially from paw patrol.

  • Worst experience ever!

by Mema on 5/13/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 1 out of 5

Paw Patrol was absolutely horrible! Characters were people in a half costume. You couldn’t understand a word they were saying. Story line much to involved for the age of the child. My four year old granddaughter was ready to leave before intermission. She said good bye friends and waved. We have seen Blippi, Sesame Street and others and have really enjoyed them. Not sure how a production like this can go on. Pitiful!

  • Great show and fun experience!

by Hopie46064 on 5/13/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

My 3.5 year old loved the show. She was standing or dancing the entire time!! The merch/concessions were reasonably priced too! We had a great time!

  • Good thing tickets were BOGO

by TT on 5/13/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 3 out of 5

Umm… so as the parent, I was very disappointed that the people dressed up as the dogs were visible and looked like thy were just wearing a dog costume around them. I was expecting the performers to be completely inside a dog costome. I had to make up an excuse for my kid so she would understand. The show lost the interest of mall of the kids around us, including my daughter and her friend. So it just became playing with the over priced light up toys and bubble wands. The story seemed a little too advanced for some small kids to follow. Overall just didn’t care for it. Sesame Street Live, Trolls and Disney On Ice do a better job.

  • Fun experience

by Stephanie on 5/13/25Shea's Performing Arts Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

It was our first time at Paw Patrol live and brought my 4 year old. We were singing right away and my son was very excited. The show was great and entertaining. Interactive enough that kept his attention. He loved the effects of the “fireball”. It was well done.

  • Unprofessional

by Vik on 5/10/25Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes BarreRating: 1 out of 5

The show never seemed to be professional! We left in the interval and I was not surprised to see many more parents leaving the show the half way. I didn’t see a single kid enjoying the performance rather they were playing themselves with the toys… The sound was very poor.

  • Don’t waste your money…

by Momof5 on 5/10/25Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes BarreRating: 2 out of 5

Honestly, my 4 year old liked it, which is why we gave it 2 stars. But he didn’t love it. He hasn’t talked about it once since going, and he’s a big Paw Patrol fan. The show story line wasn’t great and wasn’t captivating. There was no humor to it and no excitement whatsoever. These tickets cost as much as some solid concerts at the same venue. The merch stand was poor with very cheap options and the food and drink options were beyond awful. Save your money and time and skip this one!

  • It was good my boys love it

  • Paw Patrol Nephew

Took my nephew to see paw patrol. He absolutely loved it.

  • Pawfect!

by Gramma on 5/8/25Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

Went to see Paw Patrol live with my almost 5 year old granddaughter. She is a big fan of Skye and Rubble. The show did not disappoint. The puppets were awesome and the story line was clearly related by a news reporter character. The pups were each required to use their special skills in some sort of rescue. And what couldn’t actually be done was accomplished through special effects. There was also a villain who was an evil scientist with a warped sense of humor. The show kept the audience engaged and was clever enough to keep adults somewhat amused.

  • Never made it

by Kyle on 5/7/25Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 1 out of 5

Extremely disappointed in ticketmaster and this venue. We are from Canada planning to make a trip down to enjoy the show. Then In regards to the past few months with travel uncertainty and safety issues. Not to mention issues with border crossings that ticketmaster and the venue would not let me cancel my booking or at least try to sell the tickets. 200$ later I never went due to the safety of my family. I think that this should be addressed in the future or consider that your prioritize money over the comfort and safety of the clients that use your program.

  • Great show!

    by Gilly H on 5/6/25Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

This show was great for our whole family! We originally wanted to go because our almost 3 year old son currently loves Paw Patrol but our daughter who is 9 (and a former Paw Patrol fan) also really enjoyed it. There was lots of audience participation to keep everyone engaged including our toddler and he sat for almost the entire 90 minute show.

  • Many late comers blocking view.

by MW on 5/6/25Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 2 out of 5

Multitudes of late comers blocked the view for the first 20 minutes of the show. Balcony tickets weren't offered. We always prefer balcony seats when accompanied by small children because they cannot see over the seat backs and heads in the orchestra section. I appreciate the work of the cast and crew but we won't be back. This is our third Paw Patrol Show.

  • Great show, but concession situation needs improvement.

by Cris H on 5/4/25The Theater at MSG - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

Entry was easy and quick. Stroller check was amazing. Concession staff was EXTREMELY slow. Waiting in line with hungry children is a VERY stressful situation. Not to mention, there was ANOTHER concession stand right before entry into the theater. They should have announced that or something since lines weren't moving.

  • It was okay

by Nelle on 5/1/25The Theater at MSG - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

The show was too short and seating was crowding and ppl was sitting in wrong sit ..A lady was sitting in my seat and wanted to argue with me for my seats I payed for so that already had me annoyed . How to get into Madison square garden was very disorganized ! The toys were also expensive

  • Was really bad

  • Such great kid's entertainment

by Vanessa C on 4/29/25The Theater at MSG - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

My kids loved this revamped story of the Mighty Pups! They were mesmerized from the beginning. The actors had great energy and really got the audience to chant and cheer. I would recommend all of the youngers kids to see it!
