PAUL ZERDIN ON TOUR:
British comedian and master ventriloquist Paul Zerdin joked his way to a first-place finish on the 2015 season of America’s Got Talent, and now fans can catch his brilliant act in person. Zerdin’s sharp wit and amazing puppetry skills make for a side-splitting show full of wild characters, clever puns, and family-friendly wisecracks appropriate for fans of all ages. Whether he’s bringing hilarious puppets like bratty teen Sam or cranky old-timer Albert to life with his amazing ventriloquism skills, Zerdin does it all with seamless style and effortless ease, never missing a beat as he jumps from character to character. A veteran performer who has even made the Queen of England chuckle, Zerdin is a must-see for anyone who likes a good laugh.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
London-born Paul Zerdin caught the puppetry bug at an early age after being given a book on ventriloquism by legendary British comedian Ray Alan. During his teens he practiced throwing his voice in front of the mirror daily, eventually taking a job at a magic shop with an eye on becoming a children’s entertainer. At age 20 he landed a role as host of the Disney-produced show Rise and Shine, which paved the way for his first-place victory on Season 1 of reality TV competition The Big Big Talent Show. A string of high-profile gigs followed, including a performance for the British royal family. In 2015 he made a splash with stateside audiences as the winner of Season 10 of America’s Got Talent, a major victory that has fans dying to see him and his cast of characters on tour.
Paul Zerdin is an amazing ventriloquist and very funny. His interaction with the audience is hilarious. A true talent
very good with mouth not moving, and overall show ok. He speaks to dummies and repeats back and forth too much . material is ok ,but show does't really get you excited . no comparison to TERRY FATOR who is great.
Horrible show. I had watched a few YouTube clips to see if he would be funny as I had never heard of this guy before. Rehash of his same material. Boring, dull. The show plants paid people in the audience to laugh (like a laugh track), the guy sitting behind me was having way too much fun and I caught him dying with laughter twice way before the punch line, when I called him on it he admitted that was paid to be there. I took a nap during the last third of the show and was recharged to tackle the million and one better things to see and do in Las Vegas that night!!
Excellent time. It is no wonder he won America 's Got Talent. Goodo interaction with the audience. Will definitely go back to see again.
The shows were the best part of our trip. Paul had fantastic and hillarious material. He used a handful of bad words, but didn't offend me. (Not sure about the lady up front where he kept talking about her boobs and the guy he kept making "ugly" jokes about). I had a partially obstructed view and the attendant moved us down to a real nice seat. Back to the review...Paul does things with puppets I've never seen before like using remote controls and making people from the audience dummy puppets. I give it a 5 out of a 5.
This show was hilarious! This is one of the top picks for shows in Vegas...so funny!!
Clever a day witty jokes made for a good time. Lots of adult humor so it is not a child's puppet show. Some things went on a little long and lost the audience. Think there could be a little redundancy cut out and add some more of his cleverly crafted humor.
Paul is very funny and a good ventriloquist. I enjoyed the show.
There is no doubt Paul Zerdin is talented but the material used in the show was awful. He only used 3 characters and the show was very short. It was for people 14 and older and that kind of material could have been done without. I was glad when it was over.
Outstanding performance, kept us entertained and laughing the entire time...the audience participation and interaction with Paul was terrific...lots of twists and turns and a great closing number. The James Bond reference was awesome too.
Entertaining but needs more characters now that he is off of the AGT stages. Assistant- Singer was okay, some filler times needed a bit more oomph or something. . Only 1 hr 15 minutes and a good outing for the $53 seats plus all the fees perhaps. We had good seats but for $220 total for two..mmmmnnn, maybe not the best move. Great laughs with audience interactions.
Show was ok. He is good at what he does but needs better material. It would make it a much better show.
This was a typical Paul Zerdin show which had a lot of funny jokes. He kept everyone entertained as his show moved smoothly through his routines, My wife and I look forward to coming back to seeing an upcoming new version.in the future. If you liked him on Americas got talent, you will enjoy his show immensely.
Not enough material, way overpriced for an hour show. I did laugh but needs more content. I loved him and wanted him to win Americas Got Talent but he's got some work to do. Don't get me wrong I really liked him but as I stated before.....I know he can be great!
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoy Paul Zerdin's show. We laughed until we cried. One could easily forget he is alone on stage and the puppets are not real. It is a very good idea to interact with the audience as he did. He seems quite personable and down to earth. I hope to see him again.
Had a great time! Show kept us laughing the entire time. Will for sure go see him again!
This show was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who has been a fan of Paul long before he was on Americas Got Talent. I have been planning the weekend trip since last November and it was totally worth it. We had 4th row seats so at one point we were close enough to touch Paul! He was hilarious, even better than what we have seen on TV. We stayed the night at Caesars and it was beautiful. Amazing weekend vaca.
If you watched America's Got Talent last year, there was no reason to go to the show. Paul Zerdin performed most of the same routine that he did on TV.
His performance is unique and very funny would definitely recommend this to anybody who would want to see him or doesn't know who he is definitely a must see show
Move over Terry Fator and Jeff Dunham and make room for Paul Zerbin...this is a must see show if you like comedy, not to mention his abilities! Great show. Great club!! The Paramount in Huntington is also a MUST see in itself!
