Patriots Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony Tickets

Everything went as expected. Until I got in to select a ticket. The stadium map and filter were not user friendly. It was easy to view the sections #’s in blue but the seating chart was not easy to view, and had a difficult time getting the available seat icons to open. Should be able to zoom in closer and have the icons become larger and easier to open. There were only resale tickets left and this is not your fault but the prices were extremely high. Will check back closer to the date of the event to see if they are more affordable. By the way I am a season ticket holder and was able to purchase 2 tickets during the season ticket holder presale I just wanted to get 1 more ticket. Again I don’t blame ticket master for availability or prices of tickets but user experience could have been better. Also it tickets were left over I think season ticket holders should have been given a chance to purchase 1 or 2 tickets maximum before the general sale. Thanks for your time. TheKid
