Parking Event Tickets

I prepaid for parking under the assumption that the parking was close to the venue. Don't assume. The parking was around the corner, past another parking lot, which was actually closer to the venue. Next time, we'll just leave early, and pay for closer parking. It was the same price, better lit area and definitely more convenient.

Parking was a breezy. The yellow tag signs were visible and had several parking areas. The parking attendance was very friendly and quick.

Didnt really like the fact that the parking pass I purchase was not sellable to the person that bought the tickets. Lesson learned. Ticket master was an easy process of selling tickets to the event.

Parking would be fine if the garage would allow earlier entrance. Not enough time at all to get in line for event.

21 Pilots...awesome as always. My whole family went again. This time my grandson got to go. He is 4 and absolutely had a blast. Their show was amazing. The opener,Peter McPoland, was great, too. The people at Bridgestone were very accomodating and nice. Next time, I'll try to park a little closer. Other than that, it was a great time.

I told the parking gate that I had vip and she directed me to the next set of people and they told me I have to park in general admission because there was a line into the vip parking.

We waited 2 hours without moving in traffic. It was insane. It was a miserable experience

We waited in the parking garage for 2 hours in stand still traffic. It was awful and exhausting. I have never experienced something like this. I wanted to crawl out of my skin.

Showed up early and they let us go ahead and park at no extra charge. They had security making sure our car was secure at all times.

The parking had no vip boundaries we walked the same distance as we would have for general admission requesting a refund

Pulled in great spot. When we left they were directing traffic we were out in no time. Will be using Pinnacle for all my events from now on. Great job

Parking garage was small and over packed. The app ticket scan didn't work when leaving. Thankfully an employee was leaving and raised the gate for me or I could have been stuck waiting.

This is the worst parking experience i have ever had. After the show we were stuck.in the garage at a stand still for an hour and 30 minutes. Never again will i park at this garage for a show

Parking was fine but getting back to the car was a little difficult. The door we came out of was locked when we got back. For some reason they only had 1 door open for 1000s of people to get back into the garage and then only 2 of the 3 elevators were in service and stairs weren't visible from where the elevator area is. Thankfully a guy working there finally showed up and directed us to stairs.

1. Their stag entrance was INCREDIBLE for the icy tour 2. Lights were perfect 3. All of their jumbo trons added to the experience exponentially, especially with the stage entrance 4. THEIR MUSIC

Always perfect for me. I’ve used this service many times. Drive to the top floor. Wait at least an hour after the show. Then leave. Perfect.

The experience was nice and very simple. Everything was clear from the Ticketmaster app. Having the parking pass pre-ordered with the tickets was a great relief.

Premium parking was expensive but a bit closer to gate and priority leaving venvue parking lot. Even though that was slow going, it was quicker that people that parked in main field.

I made the mistake of purchasing the parking add-on assuming it was for the garage adjacent to the venue. It was not, and that was my mistake. This was for a garage several blocks away. Why even sell tickets to that!? I had done the parking out on in the past and it was the garage adjacent to the venue. I ended up parking at a different garage, closer, and completely wasted the money I had paid for the garage further away. Learned my lesson and I will pay closer attention next time, but I don’t understand why this garage was even offered.
