First off Preferred parking is well worth the price! Saved a long walk and we were able to exit the venue quickly The screens to each side of the stage are about 25-20 feet too low. They need to be raised for better viewing when folks are standing
I will always purchase the premium parking. Well worth it. Traffic flow was great, too!
Parked in the vip lot that was twice as far away from general parking. Definitely not worth it.
The VIP Parking was great, easy in and out and close to the main entrance.
This was our first time at the Amphitheater and so we were unsure of the parking. We utilized the prepaid parking option and we are very happy we did so. Parking was a breeze and exiting was just as easy. We will use it again next time we attend a show there.
We drove right in found a parking spot quick and went right on in. The process was super easy and convenient. Will use again if or when we go back to a concert there. They were sold out!!
Bad signage and unnecessary traffic issues in lot.
They oversold the parking lot and made me park outside the gate
Paying for close-in parking was definitely the way to go!
The directions were terrible and did not bring you to the parking venue. It took to to an address that had no access to parking. I paid a second time to park in the on street outside parking lot. When. We asked where your parking was located it was it was in the opposite direction of where your app took us. Ridiculous
I pre-paid for parking to be proactive and arrived early enough for the event. I was able to find a space to park, but was told it was around the corner from the venue. However, there was a lot right next to Philly Punchline offering parking for the same price that I prepaid. I will not pay in advance again since I had to walk a much further distance that didn’t seem as safe as the lot closer.
We went to the Chris Tomlin Good Friday concert and returned to our car in the Pinnacle garage right afterwards. We were on the 5th floor and when we went to leave, cars were lined up to leave but not moving. We have no idea what was happening on the remaining floors or leaving the garage, but the line did not move at all for almost an hour. After that, it took another 30 minutes to get out. We've parked in that garage many, many times over the years and never had this happen before.
It took hourssss to get out of this parking lot. There has to be a better way to streamline the process of getting cars out faster.
Great venue! Parking and leaving was painless. Everything including the bathrooms were super clean. The seats were perfect and the beer was cold! Great job by Allen County War Memorial Coliseum staff.
That was the most messed up parking I have ever seen. We circled three times and ended up paying out of pocket for parking. Ill never pay to park with you all again.
Parking was okay getting there but leaving was a disaster. People wouldn't let you out and we waited 45 minutes just for someone to let us out.
This show was awesome, it started a little late, but, it was well worth the wait. from the moment Beres took the stage the whole place was electrified. Beres was phenomenal, energetic, full of enthusiasm, and he paraded from one side of the stage to the other singing and dancing to his music. He allowed the fans to take picture, videos, dance in the aisles and just have a great time.
The lot we paid for was not marked, so it wasn't clear what lot it was. We ended up parking in the closest lot and paying cash.
It would be nice to have signage for walking directions from parking garage to venue!
