    Comedy Night at the Paramount

by realHarvey on 2/20/12The Paramount - Huntington

Im not one to usually write reviews, but here we go. First off the Paramount is a great venue! there is not a bad seat in the house except the chairs on the orchestra floor are horrible and extremely uncomfortable....unless they change these cheapo chairs, i will never sit there again. As far as the comedians, they were all hilarious except for the last one, Hollingshead. I will be a regular from now on as long as the comedy night keeps on going!

    paramount comedy show

    by sm35 on 2/20/12The Paramount - Huntington

The Venue is nice however the headliner comedian was the worst. I don't even know her name but it was from the 2/18 show. We along with many others left the show during her show.

    uneven

by hihokermitthefrog on 2/20/12The Paramount - Huntington

Jjay was great. The guy after the break was great, but the chick who headlned... wow. It was a shipwreck. Watching the Red Sox win the world series was more fun.

    Comedy Series was bad

by cayuse on 1/25/12The Paramount - Huntington

Except for the first comedian, all the others were quite bad. Not only unfunny, but unnecessarily lewd and racist. I am not a prude, don't mind bad language, and tell dirty jokes myself. One of the comdians screamed so loudly into the microphone, it literally hurt your ears. You couldn't understand what he was saying. These guys were making fun of people and their race or culture, rather than the situations and behaviors that people have. The jokes came across as 1960's racism, especiaslly the one comedian named Gallo. I don;t remember his first name.

    Joey Girratano should headline!

by BodeusTollens on 12/28/11The Paramount - Huntington

Great experience, very nice venue to catch a show. Bars on both sides of the floor, VIP seating up front, great sound quality. Performance was excellent. My favorite comedians were one gentleman whos name escapes me but has performed on Comedy Central/VH1 etc and was very very funny and the best of the night was an up and coming gentleman named Joe Girratano, remember the name!! Great stuff by all, had fun and a great night with friends.
