Pam Ann had a few funny moments. Overall I was extremely disappointed and thought her show was quite stupid. She was very repetitive and talked about cocaine a lot. I wish I could get my money back.
Love the costume change. The interaction with audience. And her knowledge of the airline industry. All key points in making her act very successful. I would surely see her again.
Pam Ann rocked the house incredibly!!! Lots and lots of jokes, which are all true.
I want to clarify that I am not a prude what so ever. Also I am on my late 20's. I am the target audience for a show like this. I do enjoy adult comedy a lot. I have had the pleasure to laught to Joan Rivers, Margaret Cho and many others... But this show is deplorable stupid and tacky. Pam Ann is so unprofessional that she has to use the F... bomb every 3 words!!!! I am used to hear swearing, but her joke were so bad and scattered that the only thing she could say was FXXXX!!! this and FXXXX!!! If she is triying to be caddie, its not working. We are a gay audience... not a stupid one. If she wants to act like a drag queen at least she should mimic a good one. Do your self a favor and save your self the money, the time, and don't put up with the tacky comedian and the continuous technical difficulties.
Pam Ann did not disappoint! I've been waiting to see her for years and am so happy that I was able to catch this show. The Wilbur is one of my favorite venues in Boston, it's small but not crowded, and they have cocktail service!
Having seen Pam in the Uk several times (she even opened for Cher on one tour) this woman is a comedy force to be seen. Her interaction with the audience is a key to her success. She pinpoints people and brings them into the show throughout, remembering names, employers etc - she's v good at this! Even if you aren't an aviation buff or work in the industry you can get the humour. She's rude, crude and unapologetic and she is BRILLIANT! The show was great as had a lot of different material for the North American leg of the tour and if anyone gets the chance - GO AND SEE THIS WOMAN!
Great show. Lot's of audience participation and Pam Ann was on fire that night. Would see her 100 more times.
Pam was funnier than I was led to believe. She was pretty hard on Southwest (which made it even better) and but took fun shots at all the airlines. It is a bit of raunch, but overall she was too funny to complain about anything!
Hysterical, She was riot, I had so Much Fun, and you do not need to bein the Industry to appreciate it. Will Defiantely be attending when she returns to New York
This show was so great. She was really funny I recomend everyone to see her.
We loved her show, though much is rehashed. If you have seen her before, then not much new. One downside was the drunk people in the audience detracted from the show a bit. TOO many people talking over her schtick. Therese (a Flight Attendant who went up on stage) and her friends from American Airlines were the worst by far. We are not in the industry, but still find her a riot! Laugh out loud funny!
I was celebrating my birthday all month and this was the climax ... wonderfully entertaining... my group was on the edge of our seat laughing... My friend Ava the avalanche.. had a avalanche of tears running down her face from laughing so hard!
I have seen Pam Ann on several occaisions and i have to say she really "landed it" last night at Hammerstein Ballroom. Her quit wit and riotous audience participation kep everyone in stiches. Go see her if you have the chance.
Pam Ann was great. I laughed for an hour and a half. I will go to see her again.
Great show! If you've seen her before (As I have 4 other times) you might be a bit bored as a lot of it is rehash. But, you can't beat her timing and audience participation!
In one word - FABULOUS! Pam Ann delivered in the way that only she can. Truly a memorable experience and based on the reactions of everyone else in the room I'm sure they would wholeheartedly agree. I was especially glad to hear she's moved to NY. With any luck we'll see more of her soon.
Pam Ann was fantastic as always! Her humorous style and quick wit kept the audience laughing non-stop for the entire 90 minutes she was performing. Pam Ann doesn't just pick on one airline, she picks on all airlines; from JetBlue to British Airways to Southwest, no one is spared in this bloodbath of comedy! She is a great act that can't be missed!! Cheers!
Fantastic show. Non stop belly laughs. If you know her stuff then you may have heard versions of it before but she manages to keep it up to date. Thanks to recent events with Northwest Airlines and also the Miracle on the Hudson she had some good current fodder. The audience participation part was hysterical helped by several 'out there' people . I highly recommend her show for two hours of laughs. I worked in travel so her material was relevant to me - maybe 2 hours of travel/airline jokes is not for everyone - see for yourself.
I'll take the time to post a review because she is really talented. The whole crowd - and it was fully booked - loved it. She's clever and has a great take on everyday observations. Had us rolling all night. A classic! Looking forward to the next batch of NEW material. If you think that this is just one opinion, look at the many many positive postings on sites like YT. Pam Ann is hilarious. Her show is a must see for any airline employee that loves to poke fun at the industry, and themselves!
