The Ozark Mountain Daredevils still deliver a satisfying concert. Original members John Dillon and Supe Granda are accompanied by a stellar set of musicians from the rich music scene of Springfield, Missouri, all of whom have extensive experience and excellent musical chops. They play a lot of the 70s material and do so with verve. The new material from Off the Beaten Path and Heaven 20/20 is more than solid.
Our first time there at the Amphitheater. Wonderful experience on a beautiful evening! Will go back there!
This was my first concert here and will probably be my last. The sound system was horrible! Of course, I was in general admission and pretty far from stage but, couldn’t understand a word of anything. I expected them to have big screens but there were none. Anyway, they could learn a few things by going to Ozark Amphitheater.
Had a great time at the show. Music was awesome. But Beer was horrible at amphitheater. You would think being in St. Louis that they would have Bud Light. They had Coors light and Milwaukee Best. Horrible Beer.
First time at chesterfield amphitheater. Great venue and terrific night of music! I recommend the seared area. Every seat has a great view of the stage.
OMG, The OMD concert at chesterfield amphitheater was amazing. First off the venue is perfect size, the acoustics were perfect. The concert was probably the best one I’ve ever been to. OMD is celebrating its 50th anniversary and the sound of these guys was spot on. I started listening to OMD IN 1976 & have enjoyed their music ever since. Keep on ROCKING guys your AWSOME.
The venue and the performance by Ozark were great! However, if the opening bands would have been a similar music style as Ozark the Event would have been phenomenal
Overall the 3 bands were great, Missouri, Shooting Star and the Ozark Mountain Daredevil's but the sound system was terrible , endless feedback and instruments not connecting properly. The venue is very nice , just wish they could have made the sound system work.
Missouri and Shooting Star were great openers and the Daredevils are still a great band.
Missouri was good, finally saw them after many years. I finally got to see Shooting Star. They were great also. Lastly, OMD. I met a few of them in the hotel the day before. Nice guys. The show was fantastic. 50 years and still going . SUPE ROCKS
Everything about this venue is fantastic. They have it set up great, it's clean, lots of beer stands and food trucks. The sound is wonderful, wouldn't change a thing. The bands were all great. Really had a wonderful evening!
Great concert! It was our first visit to the amphitheater and we loved it! Great parking, easy access to seating, great food and drinks! The Kentucky Headhunters opened the show and really engaged the crowd.

This was the first time I have been to a concert. The Ozark mountain daredevils were excellent and funny. Sorry to hear that two of the band members came down with the COVID so they were not there. But the replacement they had did a great job. In fact all the bands were great. Would go see any one of them again. We had a awesome time. Met the drummer for the comencharos. Got my picture taken with him. Nice guy.
OMD keeps getting better every time I see them. What a great show from a bunch of old guys!! Can't wait for Wildwood in November.
So glad that we purchased tickets to see The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Kentucky Headhunters & The Comancheros in Kansas City! I would definitely return to a concert to see all of them ... each one was awesome!
It was a good concert, but a bit long. I would have preferred to have just had two bands which is what was advertised. I liked The Commancheros, but adding them to the ticket made the concert too long.
Great venue…great sound…GREAT band. I love the Ozark Mountain Daredevils and they did not disappoint! I knew I was in the company of people who I like being around. I’m glad I made the trip from Atlanta to KC, Missouri to see them! Awesome!
My husband & I hung out with The OMD back in the day @ farm in Aldrich, MO!
We love this venue - the Ampitheater is set up wonderfully. The employees are super friendly. The Comancheros got the place rockin right from the beginning. The Kentucky Headhunters kept it going and the Ozark Mountain Daredevils finished strong!
