  • The Daredevils were AWESOME

by Carol STL on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

The Daredevils were absolutely amazing. The talent, both musical & vocal was outstanding. The sound level was perfect; you could hear everyone playing & singing. The crowd was totally into the music. Nick Sibley played in front of us (3rd row, stage left) was incredible. The Dares have aged like a fine wine; in sharp contrast to the over-modulated warm up bands. The venue was organized and everything moved along & everything was on-time. Getting in & out wasn't bad at all. I wish I could see the Dares again. Thanks for an amazing concert.

  • Great show by all three

by Cindylouwho on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

Georgia Satellite was on first and I've never seen them before but never really listened to their music. Molly Hatchet was next and didn't realize the singer had passed away and they had a new younger singer, kinda reminded me of the movie Rock Star. Then they saved the best for last, OMD. Lost my voice again hootin and hollerin. Love these guys.

My wife and I love this venue, the concert was great, the music brought back a lot of old memories. These guys are real entertainers not like the newer bands.

  • One of the greatest bands ever

I rank the Ozark Mountain Dare Devils as one of the top bands… they can do it all…

  • Awesome show

They preformed amazing! Fun to listen to them tell stories. The sound was great!

  • OMD- so good! Lose the opening bands!!

by Karen on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 3 out of 5

I was really impressed w/ the Ozark Mtn Daredevils performance! They still sound great & see really entertaining! My complaint is they start way too late! 2 1/2 hrs after concert start! Lose the opening bands!!! Aside from the fact that they both played way too long, Molly Hatchet was really a joke on so many levels! Retire guys! You are so far past your prime & your young lead singer is too self absorbed & untalented! Know when to let go!

  • Great Concert

by MGB on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

Waited a long time to see this band in person. Wished it could have been sooner. Excellent rapport and extremely entertaining. Best wishes to the Chicken Train crew!!!

  • Fantastic!

by Rochelle on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

Georgia Sattelites opened the show. The band was pretty loud so I had to wear rear protection. The music was good but uncomfortably loud. Molly Hatchet was the next band. Almost blew out my eardrums. We had to leave the auditorium, as did many others. Ozark Mountain Daredevils was amazing. The right volume to relax and enjoy one great song after another. Fun and upbeat. Some fun humor from Supe. I wish this wasn't the last tour. I'd go see them again. Don't miss this show.

  • Good but not Great

by MargaritaBill on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 4 out of 5

I was really looking forward to Molly Hatchet but either the speakers were wrong or the mixing wasn't working, but at times, I couldn't tell the difference between music and noise. The Georgia Satellites were surprisingly good, I really enjoyed them. And Ozark Mountain was terrific as usual. They played to the crowd and the crowd was into it. Just a lot of really good music and they played for over 90 minutes. There was an annoying stage hand who was walking around the stage during the first two acts. My suggestion would be for him to sit down and not be distracting!!

  • Ozark Mountain Daredevils 01 March 2025

by Music Fan on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 4 out of 5

St. Charles Family Arena is a great venue; easily accessible, adequate parking, and good seating choices. Georgia Satellites opened without fanfare and did not disappoint. Left me wishing their set was longer. Molly Hatchet was a torture to sit through and after 4 songs I didn’t; spent the rest of the set standing on the concourse outside the venue proper. The sound was off and after what seemed to be a slight adjustment during the third song, well, it just wasn’t enough to make this southern metal sound like anything more than crash and grind. Light show was white and glaring; whole set was a struggle to endure just to hear ‘Flirtin’ With Disaster’, kind of. Ozark Mountain Daredevils are what music Heaven will be like. They transported the arena and everyone in it. Fabulous show!

  • Great musicians with great songs = Great Time

by Dawnelle on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

Even if you were not a fan of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, I doubt you would be unmoved or indifferent after their concert. They are on point musicians with great singers. They wove stories about their songs that were entertaining and inclusive of the audience. A great time was had by all.

  • A great band

by OleSmokey on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

We are all getting older but the Daredevils still have the great talent and great energy. The original band members are keeping this special style of music alive and well. They played all the great songs that you would want to hear. They didn’t try to “Modernize” their music, name or set. I felt I was back in the 70’s which was just what I and I’m sure many other fans were wanting. They engaged the audience in an honest and heartfelt manner and the audience responded with singing along and giving them the standing ovations they deserved. My wife and I enjoyed the Daredevils so much that we have already purchased tickets to their concert on June 28th at the Ozark amphitheater at Lake of the Ozarks. If you are wondering about the newest band members, don’t worry they are not only extremely talented but they are keeping the style of Steve Cash and other members they have lost over the 53 years along with showing their own talents. Do yourself a favor and see the Ozark Mountain Daredevils in concert while you can because they are a one of a kind treat and one of the greatest bands of all time.

  • Awsome Evening

by Jeff on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

The two opening acts who I have seen over the years including the original line-ups may need to call it a day. When it came to the Ozark Mountain Daredevils they performed an outstanding night of music. The band seemed to be enjoying themselves and they sounded great. It was how a professional does it. The band has two original members left but the spare devils do a great job of maintaining the tradition of this great band.

Surpassed my expectations. I had heard their music for years, but the live experience was great. What a talented group of people.

  • Pretty good concert

by Bkelne on 3/4/25Family Arena - Saint CharlesRating: 5 out of 5

Overall great concert experience. We bought the premiere parking, getting in and out of the lot was a breeze. Getting into the concert with tickets on my phone was easy, although I miss printed tickets still have mine from the 80’s. Concert itself was good Ozark Mountain Daredevils of course were great. No lines for ladies bathroom, men’s was terribly long, oh well we’ve been dealing with that for years, it’s their turn lol. Consessions had a good variety of drink from beer to mixed, we didn’t order food but I didn’t hear anyone complaining. All in all it’s was a nice and easy relaxing evening, would definitely go to this venue again.

  • Brings Back Memories...

by Diane on 11/11/24Ameristar Casino and Hotel - Kansas CityRating: 5 out of 5

A performance by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils was the first concert I ever attended (1975) and they quickly became my go-to group when I needed some good music while having a good time with my friends while attending Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville. Fast-forward to 2024 and an OMD concert at the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO - it was like reliving the "good old days of college."It was so much fun listening to all my favorites, including the classic "Chicken Train."My husband and our two friends who attended with us were all in agreement that they were glad not to have missed this concert.
