Band was awesome. Venue changed arrangement for seats we were in a row that led to the bar and seemed like everyone walked in front of us, really distracting. No wonder we were the only ones sitting in the row.
awesome show, great musicians, wonderful song writing.
You could tell everyone in the band was having a great time performing.
Great place to have the Ozark Mtn. DAREDEVILS! Their music is timeless!
The seating wasn't the best, being that the floor is level. Level floors make it hard for us short people to see the stage. Ozark was very entertaining. Loved being able to just walk to the concert from my room, not having to drive or go outside.
My husband and I drove 3 hrs and 45 min to hear Ozark Mountain and Pure Prairie League. We were listening to both, on a drive home from returning grandkids, and wondered if they still were playing. Days later a ticket master email confirmed they were! Concert was more then we hoped for. Great music, fun stories, and an enthusiastic crowd!
Very enjoyable show! Great energy between the bandcand the crowd.
Of course I have songs I wanted to hear but they were superb and well worth seeing. A different kind of group. Sad to hear this their farewell tour.
The Genesee theater has always been a favorite venue for my wife and I. The parking is abundant and easily accessed. There's a few bars with eateries around the Genesee that we usually visit before the concert. I have been a long time fan of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. They never fail to impress.
We enjoyed the music! But the lack of AC was terrible! Seats are very close together too!
Great concert - Ozark Mountain Daredevils put on a great show - they still have it! The venue/BCPA was a little disappointing. Seats in the balcony were very tight and difficult to get in and out of the row - the only way to get out is to interrupt everyone ahead of you in the row to get out at one of two ends only. It would have been nice if you could exit at any aisle other that at the end. The front row seats don't allow room to exit there.
Held true to original recordings. New talent like Holly is extraordinary. Lead guitarist phenomenal as well as others. More people should have come. I wasn't sure what to expect but was well pleased. Thanks
I have been to a lot of OMD shows over the years and have seen this band in every configuration, but last night’s show (8/8/25) to a full house in Bloomington was the best of everything. Songs, sound, seats, stage, audience participation – Everything! It truly was a celebration of the last 54 years of this band’s existence. We were even dealt a wild card up front that had clearly caught the spirit of the music or had a few too many spirits – maybe both. OMD’s secret weapon is the voice and talent of Ms. Molly Healey. That girl has the right set of pipes for Spaceship Orion and Jackie Blue but could also give Mr. Painter a run for his money with her fiddle. Though, to be fair, all 10 of these extremely talented musicians and songwriters contributed in their own special way to this incredible experience. Would love to be able to see them again before the last show of their final tour but I really believe that they may just be slowing down and could never, ever be able to completely stop playing this music for their fans in some fashion. Thanks very much for a Priceless evening and please come back and see us in Illinois real soon.
Staff was great, especially Scott. Parking was a breeze, getting out was a snap. Great venue, live music everywhere beforehand, followed by 3 Great acts. Definitely returning.
It is a bit sad that after this year OMD will not be performing as much. With that said the band as it is right now is the best that I have ever seen for them. It was a great show, lot's of great songs with a bit of nostalgia mixed in. Both opening acts were very good as well even though I don't really follow either one of them. If you get a chance to see OMD take it. You will not be disappointed.
Facility workers were very accommodating to ADA needs. Made for a wonderful experience!
Fabulous band! Only downside is having to wait till 9:30 to hear them.
I am so very glad i decided to see these great performers that I have been listening to for years. They were high energy, sounded Great and I loved the huge variety of instruments! Excellent Show!!! I highly recommend!
Great concert! True legends! I loved the concert and the conversations with the audience about the band's history. At the end, they brought out alumni band members to join in the final song! Excellent!
