We had a great time at the game! Stadium is easily accessible and clean

Upset that our team lost however the overall event was a lot of fun. The city of Tampa is a great venue and offered a lot to see and do while there. Would not hesitate to go again.

We were in a section full of Auburn Fans which was fun. All were very nice and respectful of each other and we laughed together..

Great day for a game. We sat 3rd level fifty yard line and it was a good location. Fun pre game atmosphere too.

We watched the Outback Bowl and it was great! The seats were great, it was easy to enter and the weather was beautiful. Thanks Ticketmaster!

The venue was great. Great facility and seating. We were in the top section but close enough to see all of the action. I'm not sure if there was limited staff because of the holiday but we waited 45+ minutes to get into our prepaid parking lot. This was 3 hours prior to game start time. No one there to direct traffic and they were taking credit cards in a prepaid lot? Once in the lot there was a limited number of employees telling you were to park and it was like a free for all. Very surprising that no one was hit by a car. Once we got thru that fiasco it was a better experience. I would also say that the venue had a lot of opportunity to bring in more revenue if they had more stores open to sell Bowl Game apparel and gear. There were only a few areas open where you could buy such. Overall I would rate the experience an 8 because the Gophers won😄

The game was exciting, the halftime & pre-game bands were fantastic !!!

First big time college football game that we've attended, and first time we've ever watched a complete game at Raymond James Stadium, as the other games we've watched there featured the Buccaneers - 'nuff said! The parking experience, both arriving and leaving, was quite slow. So you might want to consider paying up for premium parking. But the game itself was well run. We had no problems with mobile tickets, entering, seating, the facilities; the entertainment was pretty good, the weather was great, and it was a very competitive game. Couldn't ask for anything more. We'll definitely go again if there are 2 quality teams playing.

Great event, easy to use mobile tickets, directions to the venue and parking information. The vendors selling merchandise for the game were not prepared, it took 3 stops and almost 2 hours to buy a t-shirt.

Getting into stadium was a breeze; bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly. They had sunscreen dispensers!!! And overall great view and great game!

Went to the game and had a wonderful time. Hard fought game by both teams, and a close game all the way through. Watched the Minnesota Gophers, and the Auburn Tigers. My husband and I are going to make this a yearly tradition on New Year's Day every year now.

Seats were great ... people were great ... food was great... and the game was AWESOME !!!!!! Wish they hadn’t run out of Outback Bowl cups and a lot of Mn Gopher items were gone early at all spots and not restocked ... missed opportunity right there !!!

Everything went well. Parking was decent, though $30 is steep for a grass lot. They ran out of some concessions rather early so I missed out on a souvenir cup but NBD. Altogether, a great stadium. Go Gophers!

The Outback Bowl was an amazing experience. Ticketmaster didn’t disappoint. The ticket prices were fair and were delivered on time.

Really nice stadium, very comfortable seats and not a bad seat in the stadium. really good view. really enjoyed everything about the stadium. Very easy to find your seating location , great food and very easy in and out.

The venue was great and the game, even better! Even though our seats were in the upper deck, we had a great view!

Ordering Club level tickets and receiving them in the mail was easy however the tickets did not match the larger tickets most people were displaying. As a result EVERY TIME we tried to enter the Club, we were challenged by stadium security because our tickets did not specifically say "Club Access".

The only feedback I can provide that was that there needed to be more potties available outside gate waiting to enter ticket a area. Other than that-fantastic!
