I really enjoyed the Nutcracker. It was better than I remembered when I was growing up. The dancers were great!

I've gone to see The Nutcracker multiple years in a row, but this was by far the worst. Dancers were great, but the choreography was off. Plus, the orchestra was absent and instead the music was playing over speakers. This was a huge letdown. I would recommend seeing this classic though. The Orlando Ballet dancers are still incredible.

Extremely professional. The dances and dancers were elegant in form and very athletic. Mice were great. I did not like the cheering and clapping after every dance portion of a scene. It remind ed me a little of a high school play, but other that that it was fantastic.

The Orlando Ballet did a very professional and top-notch job of performing The Nutcracker. There was really nothing I didn't like about it. The costumes were incredible, the scenery was beautiful, and the dancing was graceful and elegant. I was in awe the entire time from the glittering costumes to the unique form of storytelling. I would recommend this performance to anyone who enjoys going to the theater.

I have been taking my girls to this ballet as a family event for the past 4 years and it never disspoints, I would recommend it as a family tradition to everyone who wants to expose their children to fine arts at a young and early age.

I felt like I was watching a junior college level performance, without orchestra..... What a waste.

I took my granddaughter to see the Nutcracker for the first time. She loved it & wants to dance in it! The costumes were fantastic. The dancers were excellent. Outstanding performances were given by the Sugar Plum Fairy & Cavalier, the Cossacks, Arabians, & lead Candy Cane, Arcadian Broad. We will go see the Nutcracker again next year.

This was the worst version of the nutcracker I have ever seen. I would not recommend this event to anyone. I bought tickets to this performance for a birthday gift to my mom and was embarassed that it was so bad. The entire first act was a bomb, there were characters in this version that I have never heard of before, the choreography or lack thereof was horrendous. It looked as if people were just running back and forth on the stage. The Second act got a little better but only for small instances with the professional ballerina's and I had a hard time keeping my eyes open. They used only 1 or 2 songs from the story of the Nutcracker and even then they were at different times in the story line than the traditional version.

We were disappointed. Although we went in knowing that a lot would be cut to fit the 1-hour children's version, many of the characters that the children would love were cut. It was basically a few dance routines. My 4 year old was bored by the second dance.

The show was great but was a little short even for the kids. Also the price was way to high for the length of the show. I paid $50 a ticket and got great seats but the entire show was less than an hour long. I think the kids could have tolerated a one hour show without a problem. We sat down in our seats and the show started right away but was over in 43 minutes! The performers were great. The music was wonderful and the costumes and lighting were top notch. My only hiccup was the overall value. That being said, the look on my daughters' faces was priceless!

This was a great show. Wonderful for my daughter who is just starting in dance. She really enjoyed it. Hope to go back next year!

I am 62 yrs. old and have never seen the Nutcracker in person until now. What a treat! I took my 7 yr old granddaughter and daughter with me. It was a first for them also. A special time together, just the girls!

The performance was great. However the Orlando Ballet Company was not prepared for all the kids that showed up for the pre-performance activities. Long lines, ran out of coloring paper, etc. Next time, I'll bring my grandchildren just for the performance.

My four-year-old daughter and I totally enjoyed this performance. It was totally AWESOME!!!! We had a wonderful time. We plan to attend next year!!!!!!!

We have taken our granddaughter to the morning children's Nutcracker Ballet for the past three years. One hour is the right amount of time for younger children. It gives them an overview of the story, lets them become familiar with the beautiful music and gives them an appreciation for the ballet. The costumes and sets are so colorful, and the ballet dancers are amazing. The addition of meeting the dancers before the program was a thrill. She loved every moment and was spellbound by the entire show!! A great tradition!!

The Orlando group did a fantastic job and I couldn't have been happier with their performance. The sets and customs were top-rate. The only shortfalls was that this was a limited performance, something I was unaware of when I made the purchase, and that they disallowed photography (including non-flash). I would have liked to have gotten a couple of shots of the costuming as it was that good. I could not have asked for a better delivery by the dancers.

We attended the Nutcracker (family day) on Saturday. It was a wonderful ballet - the dancers along with costumes and the music was fabulous!! However, we were led to believe there would be more activities for the children before the ballet started - only saw some color sheets and a photographer photographing the kids with the Sugar Plum Fairy, and of course, a store to buy nutcrackers, etc. For the price (and since it's a shorter performance), I think more could be planned for the kids ahead of time. Next time, we'll go on a regular day and get more of our money's worth with a full performance since it's nothing that special on family day. I also missed seeing the giant Nutcracker and poster with the Nutcracker title to take a pic and commemorate event with my little girl... During the ballet, we missed the sleigh taking Maria and Prince back, too...

The dancing was beautiful! The experience lovely. I just wish there was a live orchestra performing along with the dancers.

Being my first time going to see the nutcracker I think it was amazing. My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves.

We drove from over an hour away to see The Nutcracker and it was well worth it. Costumes were breathtaking as was the dancing. My only complaint was the ornament and souvenier table...not enough people working it or registers to handle the load of people...trying to pay took so long we almost missed admission from the intermission. Poorly manned and crowded into the corner of the lobby. Once you had made your transaction you were "trapped" by the crowd behind you. That needs work....but the event itself was beautiful.
