I'm Orla :) I'm from Dublin. I find it easier to put my feelings in songs than explain them out loud so here we are I released my first album Woman on the Internet in 2021, toured that a bunch and then started a band called FIZZ with my best friends. now I'm back to my solo adventure and releasing my 2nd album 'Everybody Needs A Hero' on October 4th, which sounds f*cking brilliant (if I do say so myself).

orla gartland - 9:30 club
by layan a. on 4/29/259:30 CLUB - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5this was my first time seeing orla in concert and my first time at this venue, and it was so surreal and like a dream come true. the venue was the perfect size for me, and they offered cups of water at the bar with a pitcher so the customers weren’t dehydrated. as for the artist, she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! she interacted with the crowd in the cutest ways, like bringing the ones with the most elaborate costumes up on stage, and having the audience interact with the songs that she played. she even sang happy birthday to her drummer mid-show, which i thought was so sweet. overall an amazing experience with no complaints. i hope orla gartland comes back to the 9:30 club because i would love to relive that night!
