Like so many other top-selling acts, OneRepublic’s path to success involved legendary producer Timbaland, whose 2007 remix of the band’s song “Apologize” reached No. 1 in 16 countries and catapulted them to instant fame. Since then, the band’s chorus-heavy, hip hop- influenced pop rock has earned them worldwide recognition and a string of successful singles. With their third studio album Native in 2013, the band achieved their first Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and scored one of their biggest hits to date, the anthemic “Counting Stars.” Their previous album, 2009’s Waking Up, achieved similar success with hit singles “Secrets” and “Good Life.” A consummate live act, the band are known for the eclectic range of covers they perform at their concerts, including “Umbrella” by Rihanna and “SexyBack” by Justin Timberlake.”
Saw three great acts during the ,96.5 Christmas show. Phillip Phillips was so good. Parmele was very good. But One Republic was the greatest. The band was awesome. Ryan Tedder was amazingly talented. Sang all the songs we wanted plus surprised us with what he wrote for others. I hope to see them again.
The night started with Phillip Phillips who was great. Next up was Parmalee, a group I had been wanting to see in concert. They did not disappoint, I so enjoyed them. The main event One Republic blew me away. I knew every song they sang, they were so upbeat it was electric! Ps. Who knew that Ryan has written so many hit songs for other artists, color me impressed!
This was a special treat to see a wonderful concert with very talented artists at an interesting and festive venue, for a fraction of the cost that you would pay some high-end locations such as the MSG, Barkleys or Jones Beach. We’re long fans of One Republic and came all the way from Long Island to CT to see them perform again at the Toyota Oakdale theater. Its was an icing on the cake to see Phillip Phillips and Parmalee open for them. Would be amazing to have more artists perform in local venues like this theater or Paramount in Huntington.
The time between sets was too long. There was an hour break between the second and third set, which was way too long. OneRepublic only sang maybe 8 of their own songs and did short covers of songs Ryan Tedder wrote. It wasn’t bad, but I was expecting close to an hour of OneRepublic’s music, not some of their music and then a bunch of other artist covers.
I was completely misled about this event because of the title I thought I was going to a Christmas concert were these artists were playing Christmas songs, and there was nothing Christmasy about it a bit disappointed not going to lie otherwise, everyone was
The concert was 2.5 hours long and we got an hour of song excerpts from One Republic. Said they didn’t have time to play full songs. Was a bit disappointed though always happy to see them play.
Had a great time at the One Republic concert. The singer is a talented musician and very personable. Loved it!!
Overall it was very mediocre, too many intermission and waiting time. Short performance time as well, hardly sang songs
Too much talking instead of music. Ryan Tedder has spent half of the show prising himself of composing for others artist. I wanted to hear more OneRepublic music instead.
One Republic gave us exactly what we needed—fun, creativity, and outstanding music. I loved that they incorporated songs written by Ryan for other well known artists. I would definitely pay to see them again. The tickets were reasonably priced compared to tickets for other artists who are less talented.
We enjoyed all three groups .. Ryan Tedder is an amazing talent.. loved how he did a medley of his many hits for other artists . We wish the venue had upgraded our seats. There were so much empty seats below us. That would have been a smart idea!
We really enjoyed this show! Not only did they play OneRepublic songs but songs written for other artist. There was not a single song that we did not know. I would definitely recommend seeing them live.
Best, One Republic the best. I want more ;) Hope see them soon again.
They put on one heck of a show! I seen them in Wisconsin for my birthday and they did not disappoint! I almost passed out when Ryan wished me a happy birthday lol. Best show I have ever been to and can’t wait to see them again!

I went to see them live in 2022, and I really felt like I needed to write a review! It was the most well-performed concerts I’ve ever seen! They’re very entertaining, talented, and exciting! If I get an opportunity to go again, I’m taking it without a doubt. If you can see them, GO!

Great music at a great venue! Really enjoy theFillmire for its ambiance snd great band choices! Drinks were great too though pricey!
I want to highlight the Fillmore staff at the One Republic show on 4/28/23. Every single person from those checking the tickets and security outside, to the ushers, and bartenders were friendly and professional. I did not expect that. Someone is doing things right selecting and treating staff well.
Dean Lewis and American Authors were great opening bands for One Republic. Dean Lewis sounds amazing Live! One Republic was Awesome! So glad they performed at the Fillmore! Felt so fortunate to be close to the stage with General Admission tickets! One Republic was high energy and engaging with the audience! Great performance!
