About

Despite already having achieved critical and popular success as a part of B2K and through an impressive solo venture, R&B artist Omarion showed he intended to continue his growth as a musician under the guidance of Jay-Z by signing with Roc Nation Management in 2013. The musician's early tours were distinguished by smooth vocals, but an edgier approach appeared alongside continued collaboration with such artists as Lil Wayne and DJ Drama. This edge was believed to continue in concerts related to the 2014 release of Love & Other Drugs, a full-length studio album follow-up to the 2012 debut EP Care Package and its 2013 sequel Care Package 2.

Prior to setting out on a solo career, Omarion achieved fame as the lead singer for B2K, an R&B band that hit charts repeatedly in the early 2000s with such hits as "Uh Huh" and "Bump Bump Bump." The group ultimately split up due to internal disagreements, a move that spurred Omarion's launch as a solo artist in 2005. Since then, Omarion has sold millions of albums and concert tickets through the releases of hit albums O, 21, Face Off and Ollusion. He received a Grammy nod for O, as well as an American Music Award nomination for Favorite R&B Male Artist in 2005. Always eager to expand his artistic range beyond the world of music, Omarion took a break from recording to serve as a judge on America's Best Dance Crew. Although he's enjoyed his work as a solo artist, Omarion continues to hope for a B2K reunion in the future, a definite possibility given his continued friendly relationship with former band mates Lil' Fizz and J-Boog.Ā

    Headliner Flop

by Jaifire on 8/1/22The Theater at MGM National Harbor - National Harbor

Mario should have been the designated headliner. His vocals, performance, dancers were amazing. Styles P voice has always been great. I wish he would have put more effort in his wardrobe. He looked as if he rolled off the garbage truck. Omarion was utter disappointment. His voice was so bad that we left in middle of his second song. He is a performer not singer. Sammie should have been on the line up instead. Ticket Master yall owe me a Freebie

    Cool

by Ki on 8/1/22The Theater at MGM National Harbor - National Harbor

Iā€™m giving the concert a 5 stars because it was great show. The lines for the drinks were ridiculously long and there was only one bathroom for a huge concert like that, unacceptable.

    Great concert

by Nique on 8/1/22The Theater at MGM National Harbor - National Harbor

Pleasure P, Mario, and Omarion put on a really great show. There was nothing to complain about. The V.I.P experience couldve been better. It was only a meet and greet. The bar wasnt open and there wasnt a lot of Merch to chose from. Only one artist had meech available. Other than that, my experience was one for the books.

    Ive been to better

by Jomama18 on 1/27/15Golden Nugget - Atlantic City

It was alright.. would have been better if he preformed more songs he performed about 3 songs and then danced the rest and i swear after the fifth song they had the songs on repeat. Def not worth the $188 i spent for 4 girls.

    They waited too long!

by Anonymous on 7/17/10Heart O' Texas Coliseum - Waco

The only way to get close to the front was to push your way up there and it took them forever to get to the big stars they were trying to premote...to me it was more of a local show for people that are undiscovered...Omarion didn't even get to sing all the songs that he should have because it was already midnight...
