Oliver (Touring) Tickets

The play was wonderful. The children and adult actors did a great job. The boy that played Oliver was perfect with a wonderful voice..

This is an amazing play; the cast was fine-tuned to deliver a fantastic performance. I was blown away by the strong performances of the leading players. The voice of Oliver player (Nate Turcotte) captured my attention, the overall performance of Fagin player (Bradley Greenwald) is unforgettable, amazing, "to be seen again", and the character of Nancy - great dramatic performance and wonderful singer... bring this performance to a top-billing.

I was greatly disappointed by this presentation. I would describe the casting and production as semi-professional, resulting in a very uneven event. The casting of Nancy was particularly unfortunate, a terrible miss, very unconvincing. And Nancy's singing was terrible--she shrieked and sobbed her way through one of Broadway's great songs, "As Long as He Needs Me." The "orchestra" was a five-piece kind of pick-up group. Not nearly sufficient for a Broadway production. One bright spot: Fagin was wonderful, a pure delight. The rest of the show--not worthwhile.

This production of Oliver features a very talented cast. The child actors in particular were all excellent. The production was great. Beautiful theater, a fun evening!
