  • Fun event and great people watching

by Katie on 8/6/25Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - San AntonioRating: 4 out of 5

Went with my girl group and wasn't sure what to expect since it's the first time we've attended this type of event. Spent nearly the full day because there was a lot to see. Primo people-watching and lots of weird and wonderful stuff for sale. I feel like we missed some things due to the layout of the vendor booths, sort of going in circles... but overall enjoyed the wide aisles and there was plenty of open space as well, so we weren't constantly bumping into other event-goers. The venue was great, easy parking, clean restrooms. My only real complaint is that the food and drinks offered were all the way at the back, which was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, enjoyed the show and bought several treasures!

  • Okay....

by Rinne on 8/5/25Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - San AntonioRating: 3 out of 5

It was alright. There were so many of the same stalls, and only two or three that had some different interesting things. But please for the love of everything, STOP ALLOWING STALLS TO SELL AI ART

  • Fantastic show, but....

by Pat on 4/1/25Albuquerque Convention Center - AlbuquerqueRating: 4 out of 5

It really was a fantastic show and we gravitated towards the "original"artists. There were many booths selling the same items, including the taxidermist. I am trying to figure out something diverse that would fit the show. Everything else was great and there were some incredible artists, that I may not of ever seen if it wasn't for the show. I look forward to the next one!

The oddities and curiosities show was great! The people (staff and customers) were very interesting and friendly. I’m definitely going next time, possibly having my own booth.

It's always awesome whenever I go and each year it seems to get better and better, this year I ended up (FINALLY) doing a taxidermy class and ended up going to both days of the expo. IT. WAS. SO. MUCH. FUN!! I brought my partner, my mom, bearded dragon and 3 friends. Safe to say, we all had an absolute blast! I wish the expo was longer, I feel like I missed a bunch of things but still enjoyed it very much. Looking foward to mext year! <3
