NDSU Bison Football at US Bank

by Michelle on 9/6/23U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis

Great tailgating, very fun experience and environment overall. It was so nice for NDSU students and fans to have this experience in the Twin Cities. A different weekend other than Labor Day weekend may see higher attendance.

    Pretty stadium, but sweaty hot

by Thundermaker on 9/5/23U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis

Bison were great. Atmosphere was electric. Stadium is beautiful. However, seemed as though air conditioning was not functioning. Hot in there. Also, I didn't think anyone had a worse sound system than the Fargodome. I stand corrected. Could not understand our very own home stadium announcer in there.

    Ticket prices too high

by ODIE on 9/5/23U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis

The event itself as well as the venue were awesome. However, this was a college football game not a professional football game and the ticket prices should have been adjusted accordingly. Two seasons ago the season opener was held at Target Field. The ticket prices were much lower. Also, the opponent at that game was not expected to be as competitive. There was over 34,000 fans at that event. If tickets would have been half the amount more than double the tickets would have been sold. Everyone would have been money ahead. This team has been known to bring 12,000 plus fans to Frisco, Texas for games.

    Great. Overpriced

by Bryce on 9/5/23U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis

Great event. Way overpriced. Priced many people out of seeing the stadium for the first time. An FCS regular season football game not played at either teams home field is not going to fill a stadium like that.

    Outstanding Experience

by Piano Girl on 9/5/23U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis

We were so pleased with the experience we had attending the game at US Bank. We had attended a Gophers game a few days earlier and experienced mismanaged security lines, concession stands that ran out of food, disrespectful adults who were an embarrassment with regard to how they treated fans of Nebraska, and absurb parking challenges. Our experience at this game was one of ease, staff who knew their jobs and were professional, and access to excellent parking. The fans were supportive of the team and in no way offensive to Eastern Washington. Coach has trained his athletes to behave appropriately, which Eastern Washington could learn from. It was just a great experience, with the bonus of seeing the Bison perform optimally.
