Professional Guitarist and highly talented musician.
Saw Euge Groove and Norman Brown at Rivers Casino in Philly last weekend. It was an intimate, perfect venue. The crowd was engaged and politely wearing masks (unless enjoying a beverage). The performances were upbeat, fun, showcased their incredible talent and joy for the music, and commanded the audience's attention. We truly enjoyed and would go again. Only downside was that Norman's guitar string broke during finale and the crew couldn't get the back up guitar to connect to the audio. So he had to sing and dance and highlight the rest of his band for the last song of the night. Bit of a let down.
The performance was better than I expected and I really enjoyed both artist that performed. Can't wait for the next show to attend!!!
The area wasn't too big So the show felt more upclose and personal, Lighting and sound was, was very good and the performances were awesome. The seating was comfortable An apartment was abundant. Great Performances š
I have been wanting to see Euge and Norman for a longtime and both of them together was more than I expected. I would see both of them again.
Parker great! Theater too cold!? Cramped side by side. No vaccination check! Drinks watery. Bartender great customer service despite tasteless drink .Euge Groove was great ! Norman Brown was so so. Something happened with the tech part of the last part of his performance. He acted as if he were drunk . Kinda falling all over the stage.
This concert was great! It was a beautiful experience to be shared with other Jazz Enthusiast and We Jammed and had a blast together!
Norman Brown is a phenomenal brother!! Love him. I had no idea he was such an excellent rapperā¤ā¤ā¤
Coming from the parking lot on the 2nd flr, easy access to the venue. The atmosphere from the door was warm, comfortable and inviting. After i presented my ticket info i was told i would have an usher to my seat. He was very polite but it wasn't necessary for its easy to find were your going to be was easy to locate. The show was superb š š. I would attain again for that old school atmosphere. Thanks i had a wonderful time.
A great venue & two great muscians with their bands!
There wasnāt a thing wrong with the show. I enjoyed every second. Canāt wait to go again
Norman makes that guitar sing as he picks it .. amazing jazz guitarist I would see him again with a doubt .. amazing show
What a fantastic show I have seen Mr Brown in concert once before many years ago and I have to say this cat still jams to this day and then you add Marion meadows to the mix with his soulful saxophone š· and thatās all she wrote. What a fantastic evening of music and fun canāt wait to catch some future shows
I recently was introduced to his music at a jazz concert in Atlantic City, NJ and I instantly became a fan! His fingers play the guitar with wisdom and love! Iām hooked! Will see him whenever he comes to the East Coast!
The performance was excellent. Norman Brown is a great guitarist. I give it only a 4 star rating only because the amphitheatre could've been better designed by having some type of canopy to cover the seats. I may as well have purchased lawn seats if I was going to be in the direct sun and I'm glad it didn't rain.
While Norman Brown is an excellent performer and guitarist, his sound production was very disappointing. Extremely bass heavy, vocally weak and, most noticeably, his guitar work was often buried in the mix. As a musician and performer I was confounded by the fact that the production team never got it right during the entire evening.
The show was amazing, Iām A big fan of Norman Brown. This show was the first time I heard him perform live. His performance was incredible as well as the Legendary Bobby Caldwell and Marion Meadows. I would add that Iāve never had a bad day at the Birchmeer ā Awesome Venue
It was a great night,Marion,Bobby, and Norman were excellent.I only wish he wouldāve played Champagne Life ,great band nice sound...
It was a wonderful show in an intimate setting. The audience was interactive, and we got the added treat of Norman Brown's daughter perforning. 100%!
