Simply amazing! Way more than I expected!!!! Loved it! My daughter loved it too!
Just what I was hoping for when we booked the tickets, it was a fun "trip" around the City. I loved the entire event, from beginning to end! My only regret is that Derek Hough was unable to perform, but knowing in advance of his injury, we didn't expect to see him anyway. All of the performers were wonderful, and the Rockettes were amazing to see in person. Our entire party enjoyed the show and we were thrilled to be able to attend!
As a Brit visiting NY for the first time taking in a show was a priority. We see a lot of London West End shows and they have nothing to compare with this. In a word BRILLIANT. Best show of its type that we have ever seen-anywhere.
The Spring Spectacular was jaw dropping. I was so impressed by everything about it. The scenery, lighting, dance numbers, acting and cameo film shots. Really well put together.
Great show. Lots of fun. Loved the story. Hope there's another one next Spring.
Outstanding show, such an enjoyable night. It was the first show I've seen since moving back to NY and am so glad I chose it.
We stayed 5 nights in New York seeing a different play each night. This was the highlight of our trip to New York.
I love the Christmas Spectacular but the Spring Spectacular was truly Spectacular. I had tickets last year but it was cancelled and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. AMAZING
Was very disappointed in the show.It was pleasant but certainly NOT Spectacular.
My favorite moments are when the Rockettes dance because I love the formations that they create. The program was enjoyable and some of the scenes, especially those that are nostalgic, made the program even more enjoyable. I would attend again, however I have to say that the Christmas Spectacular is my favorite.
I really loved this show. Everything about it was completely spectacular from the dancing, the singing, the music, the costumes, the sets - everything was just wonderful! I loved the show so much that I saw it four times!!!
I was totally in love with it! I came to NYC for a week to explore the city, everything was nice, and I watched this show on my last night at NYC. Felt like a complete beautiful end of my journey in the Big Apple. I was dissapointed though Derek Hough wasn't on the show!
The dancing was awesome! The storyline was a little lame but the animatronics were awesome! Definitely needs more of the animatronics! The guest appearances were great and the talking lions and Statue of Liberty were awesome. There were so many iconic NYC spots that could have been portrayed or added into the show...NYC Cabs...The subway...The Brooklyn Bridge... Hopefully if this continues on a as a Spring tradition they will incorporate different scenes in every year.
I took my daughters while we were visiting New York for a few days and they were both glad we fit it into our schedule, as we have done most of the plays and NYC tours on previous visits (including the Christmas Rockettes!), and they don't like scheduled activities. The show was wonderful and of course the venue is beautiful, just wish they had more ladies restrooms, always a line. The fact they serve champagne at the venue is a great bonus too!!
The New York Spring Spectacular show was aptly tilted. It was indeed spectacular - - from the props, the music, the dances, the costumes, the New York backdrops, the actors, to the fabulous Rockettes. One can't help but fall in love with New York, (again), even long time residents iike me. You should have this all year round. Just take out the word "spring", add the appropriate sets corresponding to the other seasons and re-title it as " New York Spectacular".
We loved this show!! We did miss Derek, though. We hope you do it again next year!
The show was amazing....Enjoyed by people of all ages...I would not change a thing.
The special effects were amazing, the Rockettes proved they could do more than fall like toy soldiers and do a kick line, and the many tributes to all things New York would make any native swell with pride. Ok, so the story line was a little cheesy and predictable, but what was the last Broadway show you went to where it wasn't? Go to be entertained, to be dazzled, and to enjoy a happy slice of one of the greatest cities in the world at one of the greatest venues in the world, Radio City Music Hall! Bravo to all in the show!
The New York Spring Spectacular was everything I thought it would be and more. It was 90 minutes of pure enjoyment.
Nice. It was good. New York, New York. The city so great, they named it twice.
