  • Stunning experience.

by Deas on 3/19/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

What an incredible community and an incredible experience. You’ll need all three periods to soak up everything happening, from the excellent game action, to the hopeful faces of young players in the stands. The games nurture a tremendously supportive culture and you’ll want to be a part of it.

  • PWHL

by Wayner on 3/19/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

Great hockey, I have been to hockey games from little kids, high school, college and all levels of pro. This game matched the best of them. I will be going to more games. Especially if we get a team closer to Ohio.

  • Excellent experience

Fantastic experience watching the NY Sirens against the Montreal Víctoire. Great seats, good value.

  • Great game

by WKH on 3/15/25Prudential Center - NewarkRating: 5 out of 5

I've played (men's) hockey and watched it for most of my life. Watching the women professional players is a better experience. The game is just enough slower so that I can really follow the plays and see the goals in real time, instead of having to rely on the replay to see what happened. And while there's plenty of physical contact, the ice is more wide open and there is more playmaking because of the lack of checking. It's a better hockey experience than watching the men's game.

  • Fantastic

by Odie on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

What a wonderful game to attend. Hope they get a team in Buffalo as part of the expansion. Nothing like 3 solid periods of hockey, great goaltending, overtime and shootouts.

  • Great Entertainment

by DG Buffalo NY on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

As a sabre fan who attends at least 10 games/year the PWHL reminded me of what the NHL was prior to Michigan goals, guaranteed contracts and no trade clauses . The game between Boston and NY featured speed, great scoring chances, great goaltending but most of all passion. If Buffalo were to get a team I woud get season tickets immediately. Since this appears unlikely I would definitely attend another neutral site game if the PWHL returns to Buffalo next year.

  • A great areana and a great game

by just a fan on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

Came to Buffalo for the game and was very impressed with how quick and efficient the entry process was. I did not get to sample the food but the bathroom situation was good in that there was not huge lines.

  • Great game! Not great attendance---why

by Alex on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 4 out of 5

I was so very gratified to watch excellent pro hockey!! What a fantastic game, right down to the shootout! I was disappointed with the turn out. Felt like it wasn't advertised enough to general public. I know that we hockey players got notifications from friends, teammates, Facebook and I thought Women's hockey in Buffalo + surrounding area turned out but the arena was only alittle over half full at best. How can we, as a small market, get looks to restart a women's pro team with lack of support and advertising. Thanks for bringing the teams here so people can view such a fast-paced competitive game with elite women players!!!

  • Beautiful arena with a well played evenly matched teams

by George on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 4 out of 5

It is a beautiful arena and the teams were evenly matched. The quality of play was excellent. There were too many “ice cleaning”breaks jammed near the end of periods.

  • Such a wonderful time! So much fun!

    by ATVRIDER8 on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

We had an awesome time and really enjoyed the event. The teams we're entertaining and played great! Wish we could go more often, and highly recommend getting to a PWHL game!

  • PWHL is awesome

by Trevor on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

Wow. Just wow. Attending my first PWHL game was nothing short of electric. From the moment I stepped into the arena, the energy was off the charts. The crowd was buzzing, the music was pumping, and you could feel the passion in the air. The game itself? Absolute fire. End-to-end action, jaw-dropping saves, and a pace that never let up for a second. These athletes are next-level—the skill, the speed, the physicality—it’s everything you could ever want in a hockey game. Every shift had you on the edge of your seat, and every goal sent the arena into an explosion of cheers. The atmosphere was unreal. The fans were into it—chanting, celebrating, living and breathing every moment. You could feel the love for the game and the players, and honestly, it was contagious. If you haven’t been to a PWHL game yet, do yourself a favor and go. This league is the real deal, and the experience is something you don’t just watch—you feel it. I’m already counting down the days until the next one!

  • Phenomenal

    by C.Lew on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely incredible game, well put on by the arena, still hate the way concessions are now tho

  • A really great game and experience

    by Net76 on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

The energy was good. My daughter and I loved the game and the experience of our first PWHL game. Wasn't happy about the people not abiding by the rule of staying seated during the game but that does not reflect on the game or players

  • PWHL game in Buffalo

    by Joe W on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

The PWHL game in Buffalo was a great hockey. It was exciting. Both teams play hard. The Key Bank Center could have had more concession stands opened. More food and beverage stands opened would have helped. I didn’t want to stand in a long line for drinks and food. More souvenir stands would have been better. As a Sabre ticket holder, I was very disappointed that my member card for discounts at the stands was not accepted.

  • Excellent game, kids loved it.

by Frank on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

both teams played well... amazing Boston Goaltender kept them in the game during regular time, OT and definitely in Shootouts..... 8 and 4 yr old got the full package with a 4-3 shootout win.... Lots of fun! Only complaint is Buffalo is the ONLY city in the NHL to sing both national anthems at every game regardless of which teams are playing the Sabres..... but for some reason the PWHL only sang the US national anthem.... I live across the border from Buffalo and have been so proud to call them my neighbours for ever (just wished they would have shown the world how much class they have by singing both.....- was at a Sabres game a week ago, both US teams and they sang both anthems.... and to top it off the singer is the BEST I've ever heard singing either anthem.... she's a star).

  • Great game

    by Jason A on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 4 out of 5

Great Game,, good time. If the Buffalo Sabres play the Canadian National Anthem then I don’t see why PWHL wouldn’t. Other than that it was a great day in Buffalo. Hopefully Buffalo or Hamilton get a PWHL team one day

  • Awesome

by Dean on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 5 out of 5

The PWHL game was so good. I really hope it comes back to Buffalo

  • Slightly Bummed

by Hockeymom on 2/26/25KeyBank Center - BuffaloRating: 4 out of 5

While the experience overall was great, the tickets were frustrating. These were purchased as a gift for a Boston fan. The event stated ‘Boston at NY’ therefore Boston would be the visiting team. I even double checked my ticket in my wallet and it still said Boston at NY while at the game. We purchased seats to sit at the end Boston would shoot twice. Got there on game day and Boston was made the home team and therefore the view and expectations for the experience were not what we paid for.

  • Of the arena

by Kjm on 2/23/25Prudential Center - NewarkRating: 3 out of 5

Arena is accessible ; parking sucks 30+ for parking lot which exceeds ticket price, Venue has minimal food options because the team doesn’t draw enough of a crowd to keep multiple concessions open , so everyone goes to one space …

  • Fun, family friendly, inexpensive

by Jess on 2/21/25Prudential Center - NewarkRating: 5 out of 5

Want to echo a review that made us buy tickets. It's good hockey at a reasonable price. Great to bring kids. All at a much lower price point than NHL.
