NEW EDITION IN CONCERT:
Style and charisma never go out of fashion, and legendary R&B group New Edition is a case in point. Paving the way for the boy band movement of the '80s and '90s with their meticulously coordinated image and tight vocal interplay, Bobby Brown and company continue to be the stuff of teen dreams, bringing audiences to their feet for a trip down memory lane at their dazzling live shows. Reunited (and it feels so good, ) the band's six original members hit the road in 2014 for a much-anticipated tour, treating fans to their finely-tailored threads and hits like "Candy Girl" and "Cool It Down."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Boston in 1978, New Edition hit the big time with their 1983 debut album Candy Girl, landing three singles on the charts and becoming an overnight sensation with their boyish charm and carefully crafted image. Their self-titled 1984 sophomore album was an even bigger hit, topping the R&B chart on the strength of era classics like "Cool It Now" and "Mr. Telephone Man." The band's success in the mid-'80s was so considerable that it launched Bobby Brown to solo career stardom, with several other members finding success as spinoff group Bell Biv DeVoe in the '90s. Over the years New Edition has released seven studio albums, weathering hiatuses and reunions, but have rarely been joined by Brown in concert, making his presence on their 2014 tour all the more special.

Everything was wonderful even though Michael Bivins was out sick the crew performed at the top of their game. I can see them perform everyday and it gets better and better.
The NE experience was just that...an experience. Michael Bivens had the flu, so while you missed him, you didn't. The ONLY 'complaint' I have is that they did not perform Hit Me Off and the very last song was NOT a New Edition song. All other parts/portions of the show were flawless and throughly entertaining. I was on my feet for most of the show. They sang just about every song you would want and each member had a moment in the spotlight. I was reminded that Ricky is a really good singer as well. If you get the chance, go.
I love New Edition and go to see them as often as I can. Loved the intimate setting and wish I would have thought about going sooner so I could have gotten a front row seat. Nevertheless their performance is always amazing. NE4LIFE
10/10. I’m so glad that they didn’t miss a beat. They still danced and performed. Even when Ralph was sick on stage and Mike sick and away, it was an amazing show. I’d see it again!!! I’m hoping they leave Vegas and tour on the East Coast.
Watching my favorite boy band from my childhood and teens was the best. I was fangirling so much, I cried. 🥹 Everyone did their best and I appreciate that because this was an encore presentation to their residency, yet it felt like it was their 1st time doing this performance. Bobby Brown may want to consider taking care of his health. I know he did his best and it was clear to see he was struggling.
It was awesome seeing all 6 perform together. The way they captivated the audience through their songs and dances was electrifying. I sang, danced, and screamed so loud I'm hoarse. BBD was awesome but my man Bobby really did his thang! Best show ever and I can't wait to see them perform again.
New Edition never disappoints. The show was absolutely amazing. They are great as a collective & then we get the solo & group performances. Can’t wait to see them again.
Amazing show!! Those guys are the best!! I was a little disappointed with the Meet & Greet, but the concert made up for it.
Phenomenal show from the beginning to the end. I was on my feet the entire time singing and dancing. If they return for another residency, I'll be there.
The concert was top five lifetime concerts (we missed you, Michael Bivens…hope you are feeling better!). Some of the group members still dance like they are in their 20s. All performed amazingly well and we stood up and danced the entire show! Please bring this show back…I want to go again!
The show was outstanding! It was also one of the most fun concerts I've been to ever. I've seen N.E. before but they have really mastered their performance. Joy is probably the best word to describe this experience.
Undoubtedly, the best performers of all time. As a NE4LIFER, I’m truly amazed at their brotherhood, dedication, commitment and professionalism. I’ve been a Candygirl since I can remember and have been to 20+ shows. It never ceases to amaze me the showmanship these fellas bring!!! My entire experience was astounding.
This show is beyond amazing. I saw it 12 times. This is a candy girl and candy boy party
Enjoyed the show as always…3rd time seeing them in concert but Mike Bivins was sick and didn’t perform unfortunately

The guys looked so good, sang so lovely and dance moves were soooo on point! I will follow them wherever they go again and again! The guys never let down! The venue was intimate and I can’t wait for their next event! 10 out of 10!!!
This was my 8th show at Vegas. The guys get 10 stars. The crowd control gets 1 star. Every event at the Wynn, I had front row seats,yet people from afar come down front and stand in front. Security was no help. The meet and greet was different, no contact for safety measures but New Edition is always worth the trip. I will follow them here and there...
A time was had! These men put on a great show. I was jamming from beginning to end! They brought back hits I had forgotten about. The show was definitely worth it!!!!
New Edition (minus Mike Bivins) was amazing Feb 15th, 2025! I enjoyed the crowd and the venue was great. I do have to admit that our seats had a partial obscurity of the entire stage. That was not mentioned when we bought the tickets. We sat in the last row on the left side. The NE guys put on a great show. I highly recommend seeing them while they are in Vegas.
I've been a fan from day one. This was a good show. I NEVER miss them in concert when they come to Cleveland. If I'm honest the tour they did last year was better than this show, but it was still good. I'm partial to NE so they could do no wrong in my eyes. I glad I made the trip to Vegas.
