NEW EDITION IN CONCERT:

Style and charisma never go out of fashion, and legendary R&B group New Edition is a case in point. Paving the way for the boy band movement of the '80s and '90s with their meticulously coordinated image and tight vocal interplay, Bobby Brown and company continue to be the stuff of teen dreams, bringing audiences to their feet for a trip down memory lane at their dazzling live shows. Reunited (and it feels so good, ) the band's six original members hit the road in 2014 for a much-anticipated tour, treating fans to their finely-tailored threads and hits like "Candy Girl" and  "Cool It Down."

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in Boston in 1978, New Edition hit the big time with their 1983 debut album Candy Girl, landing three singles on the charts and becoming an overnight sensation with their boyish charm and carefully crafted image. Their self-titled 1984 sophomore album was an even bigger hit, topping the R&B chart on the strength of era classics like "Cool It Now" and "Mr. Telephone Man." The band's success in the mid-'80s was so considerable that it launched Bobby Brown to solo career stardom, with several other members finding success as spinoff group Bell Biv DeVoe in the '90s. Over the years New Edition has released seven studio albums, weathering hiatuses and reunions, but have rarely been joined by Brown in concert, making his presence on their 2014 tour all the more special.

    When I tell you I could look at that man as if I was that 7 year old child watching him as a kid on tv, I was in awe! I absolutely love everything about Bobby Brown and has never doubted him nor his abilities. I love Bobby Brown and always will and he did not let me down with this performance. Everyone was great, I mean captivatingly magnificent but I’m gon be honest, I came for Bobby MY MAN MY MAN MY MAN LOL New Edition performed so well that I’m looking forward to seeing them again. I flew down from Seattle to make sure I saw Bobby and ‘em and was satisfyingly pleased OMG THEY WERE GREAT. I LOVE YOU BOBBY!!

    NE did their big one as usual and I've been to several shows and I have a different experience every time. The final show on the 22nd was epic and I can't wait to see what the future holds for the greatest group of all time. NE-4-Life.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Flew to Vegas just for this concert. Well worth it! These guys are amazing! They still got it! I had a wonderful evening, singing, dancing, reliving my youth. Highly recommend this show to New Edition fans, Bobby Brown, Bel Biv Devoe, and Johnny Gill fans—-they play their solos/BBDs jam too! I can’t get the songs out of my head! So much fun! Just go!!!

    The show was amazing. We got to see them perform NE hits, as well as hits from their individual ventures. Absolutely loved seeing them act as background singers for one another. It was all love on stage and in the audience!

    Omg, the show was simply awesome. Where NE go I go. I've been listening to the guys since their 1st album, and whenever they are near I get tickets for the show. I took my daughters ages 36 and 42 to Vegas and we had a phenomenal experience. They guys gave their all and we were truly satisfied with the concert!

    All 6 members performed the night I attended. The vocals, stage presences, choreography and showmanship were amazing. I can't believe I remembered all the words to their songs. I highly recommend attending a show. I truly got my money’s worth!

    This concert was everything and more. You could feel the excitement of the fans and the gratitude of the group members. To be able to have this much fun with people representing many generations and cultures was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see them again.

    I've seen N.E. several but this was first with my 16 yr old daughter. She sang and danced all night, the show was perfect. We traveled from DC to Vegas!
