Been following NTB for 13+ years and have seen them 20+ times in multiple states. This band is incredible and just keeps getting better. This is also one of our favorite venues. The Rooftop at Pier 17 in NYC. What more could you ask for - surrounded by the city skyline and overlooking the river and the Brooklyn Bridge as your backdrop. Throw in an incredible band like NTB and Judah and the Lion and your are in for a "GREAT NIGHT".
Went to see them in nyc and gosh was it a magical experience. The talent of this band against the backdrop of New York to my left and the Brooklyn bridge to my right will forever be a memory I hold. Judah and the lion was a sensational starting act. Both bands coming together with heartfelt messages throughout was absolutely beautiful. Thank you. Coming to see you again in September đđź
NEEDTOBREATHE needs more mainstream airtime! They are outstanding and offer a world class show. This was my daughter's first ever concert, and boy did we make great memories with NEEDTOBREATHE and Judah & the Lion at Pier 17. We look forward to seeing them again.
I had THE BEST time seeing NTB with the VIP experience!
The band gets better with time. They always put everything into the performance.
I really went to see Judah and the Lion, and honestly had never heard of Need to Breathe! It rained and so the concert was postponed so because it started late the band I came to see only played 25 minutes! I should mention here I drove 3 hours for this concertđ So I was definitely going to get my money's worth LOL Not only was I not disappointed but I was incredibly thrilled! They were amazing live and even played in the rain as we all stuck it out! Their heart was evident and talent about! I would definitely recommend them and especially live!
Iâve seen a lot of live music, but NEEDTOBREATHE is different. Their energy, improvisation, and intentionality sets them apart from the rest. If you have not seen them live, you NEEDTOCHANGETHAT. You will not regret it.
Excellent everything ! Venue excellent! Show exce!lent ! And music excellent!
This is a band that gets better every time you see them. Music is great and Bear and the guys are awesome entertainers. I would highly recommend seeing them in concert.
This was my 2nd time seeing Needtobreathe, and I will definitely see them again when they come back to my town. They sound amazing live and have great stories to tell.
First time seeing NTB and Judah and the Lion live. It was a great show. Even though NTB is a âChristian countryâ band they put on one of the best rock shows I have seen in a long time. Judahâs set was the perfect lead in for an energetic and heartfelt set from Needtobreathe. Looking forward to seeing both bands again. The venue was great, security and support staff was friendly and excited to be there. 5 star night!
They put on an amazing show, there was a lot of creativity and entertainment. loved judah and the lion as openers. Canât wait to go when they are in town next.
I ended up getting suite tickets to Lauren Daigle and couldnât go. According to friends that went to NEEDTOBREATHE said it was fantastic.
The concert started an hour late, however they did upgrade our seats to floor seats. For the first hour, Needto breathe only played 1 mainstream popular song. Everything else was new material and extended versions. We were disappointed more of their popular music wasnât mixed into the set list.
First off I under weather happens thatâs fine. I got these tickets for my wife for Christmas to mainly see Judah and the Lion wasnât made clear when buying that it was the caves tour and Needtobreath was the headliner which under normal circumstances wouldnât have mattered. Doors opened at 5:30 so we left our hotel at 5 to get in early sense the opener is the main reason we are there. We get there itâs pouring down rain and learn that now doors wonât be opening till 7:30. With this we decide to take a Uber back to the hotel put on dry clothes and come back see as we now have 2 hours till gates opening and why stay rain. In hindsight this was the error and because of this we didnât get to see the band I bought tickets for. We get back to the venue at 6:45 still 45 mins till doors open but the line is much longer obviously. Still weâre not worried why would we be. 7:30 comes line starts moving we get in around 8 with tons of people still behind us. We ear some music but itâs faint and canât make it out so we think itâs just being piped in like normal before concerts so we get drinks and head to our seats. Itâs not till we get right next to the stage we realize that the band we came to see was finishing there shortened set do to weather. I donât understand why it couldnât have been communicated earlier what the plans were. Or at least give people a chance to get in I get there not the headliner but still
NEEDTOBREATHE really know how to put on a show, even in the rain. It was amazing. Northerly Island is a beautiful venue, but my only request is that they pick an indoor theater next timeâand maybe in the suburbs for a change.
Attended concert with my 15yo daughter and despite the rain, we held strong until the end of the concert and loved every minute. Band was amazing in this size venue, huge venues always suck for concerts IMO but this was great size and outdoor. Win win win! My only complaint is standing around outside in line because of rain, e try was delayed 30 minutes but it had already stopped raining so this seemed unnecessary. That said once gates opened and line started moving, it was pretty quick to get inside.
They made the best of bad weather, but it should have been rescheduled. It was a brutal evening. Got there 5:30 only to find out doors would not open till 7:30 due to weather. No place to really 'shelter'. Poured rain. Poured some more. Poured even more. Temps started to drop. Judah/Lion played abbreviated set starting cloesr to 8:00pm. NTB was awesome, but was freezing and windy out........and then it started to rain again. Again, should have been rescheduled IMHO.
What a wonderful show. I good mix of old and new. Then never fail to deliver a great performance.
