Couldn't have had a better time watching the Buckeye wrestling team win a national title. Logan Stieber is one of the all time greats. Can't wait for next years chapionships.

Outstanding venue for this event. Witnessing a four time NCAA champion was great.
I've been to a lot of sporting events but none more fun and exciting as the ncaa wrestling championships. extremely well run and organized , fans were fun and courteous and the athletes and competition was intense and exciting!!!!! Looking forward to coming back !!!!
Wrestling nationals is an amazing event. If you have never been it is incredibly worth it! The best weekend of the year by far...
The best NCAA sporting event in March, hands down!!
Everything about the actual event was fine. Getting in to the event the first session was poorly managed. Many of us were in line well over a half hour after the doors opened to get thru security and ticket takers. There was another session the next day when delays getting in to Scottstrade Center was really slow and by then people were getting really verbally unhappy and outwardly hostile. I also wished they had played the national anthem before all sessions. They did it before sessions 2,4 and 6.
You guys did a great job. The male announcer was terrific....don't know how he kept up his energy like that. The female announcer lagged during the awards presentations...her timing was way off. Nice presentation. I never knew about the Giant Center and I would consider going back for other eventws.
We were in the "Club" seating area (107C) and thoroughly loved the experience. The only negative in that venue is the leg room. Not enough, for sure!
Outstanding wrestling with average officiating. I do not know the name of the guy announcing on the floor but he was AMAZING! He knew how to pronounce everyone's name and obviously had done his homework. Division 1 should have him out there as well. He made the event and was just as big to the fans as the wrestlers. The Giant Center is always the best place to host wrestling!
Great event from start to finish. Even the early rounds were competitive for the most part.
The actual wrestling was awesome. I felt St. Louis was not prepared for the NCAA Wrestling Championships. Lack of restaurants around Union Station. The other restaurants toward downtown were under staffed on Thursday and Friday. Bad timing with the Saint Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday. Lack of places to eat because of the parade crowds. There were NO extra fan fest activities like there were in 2008 and 2009 when the NCAA Wrestling Championships were here in St. Louis. Disappointed with Ticket Master about their version of 'Commemorative NCAA tickets'. In 2008, we received tickets that was Commemorative. A pictorial sheet with ARCH and Championship MAT setup blended on the page behind the ARCH. All 6 sessions were included as part of the picture. I dont know what is so Commemorative about this year's black and white printed tickets.

Well run tournament. Parking was expensive but plenty available. Wrestling was great and the best refereed tournament of the last 15 I've been to. The finals session was drug out a little to long. Biggest disappointment was ticket availability for next year's session in Des Moines. Only 700 tickets were available to general public (of which I am one) and they sold out in 3 hours. I didn't get any as I heard no announcement when they were going on sale. I have missed only one tournament since 1990, but will probably not get to go to the next one. The NCAA tournaments are becoming user unfriendly to the general public!!!!!
For anyone that has ever participated in Wrestling you will greatly enjoy this event, if you have never wrestled, but enjoy MMA, you will also ENJOY this event. The energy in the auditoriums is unbelievable, with the Family and Teammates of these highly dedicated athletes the emotions involved during each 7-9 minute match is UNMATCHED by anything else you will ever attend. These are amatuer athletes that have dedicated up to 20 years to get to this tournament, to this level....Friday of the 3-day event may be the best, quarter final and semi-final matches can be some of the most competitive in the tournament......
I love going to this tournament when it is in St. Louis. Easy to get there, pretty good food options, ok hotel space. Also love the train that gets you everywhere, no car needed. I wish they would hold it there every year. Great venue.
What a GREAT time!!! St. Louis was the perfect setting for the championships. So much fun by all. Can't wait for next year!!
Once again, the NCAA wrestling championships were an awesome finish to the season! Looking forward to next year!
The NCAA Wrestling was great. Next year will be my fourth in a row.
