  • Great hockey tournament

by AJ on 4/7/23Total Mortgage Arena - BridgeportRating: 5 out of 5

We had a great time at the hockey games, on both days! We took advantage of pre-paid parking and were thankful we did, made getting in much easier. Seats were fantastic!

  • Great Arena - Terrible Traffic Due to Parking Issues

by Alex on 3/31/23Total Mortgage Arena - BridgeportRating: 2 out of 5

The arena itself is wonderful however, we sat in traffic for well over an hour trying to go from the arena highway exit to the parking garage (as the parking lots were all full for the NCAA game). To clarify, we left with plenty of time to spare, and it still took us an hour to drive two city blocks between the arena exit and the parking garage itself due to gridlock. We ended up missing the entire 1st period of the game.

  • So-So

by Bronco Fan 12 on 3/29/23SNHU Arena - ManchesterRating: 3 out of 5

Aside from my team (WMU) losing the first game, I had a fun and exciting time watching some good college hockey. I'm disappointed in the NCAA committee's choice of location for the Regional hockey tournament, especially in the last several years. The 3 Regional locations in this year's tournament geographically represented the Northeast, even though the NCAA deemed Allentown a Midwest regional . Technically its the northeast and no where near a Midwest location. Why not in Columbus OH, Indianapolis IN, Chicago IL or Grand Rapids, MI. I felt going to the Regional in Manchester was really difficult and expensive to get to, which in fact, hinders the team's fans (WMU) from going. Same thing last year when WMU went to Worchester MA. It is not an easy location to get to. The NCAA hockey committee needs to re-examine their choices for regional sites.

It was a great tournament! Getting into the arena was quick. There were lots of concessions. Newer TV screens since the last time I was there. It was great to see so many come out for the games!

  • Great game! Great venue!

Easy in, easy out. Parked for free. Wonderful facility. All that was left was the need for an exciting game. Cha-ching!!!

I brought my three kids to this while the hubs was ice fishing. We were all glued to the ice! So fun watching the big guys play.

  • Great time!

Snhu arena did a great job and the hockey game was an exceptional match up.

  • Handicap Parking Bad

by TDA on 3/28/23SNHU Arena - ManchesterRating: 3 out of 5

NCAA event and front facing staff were great. Problem is the few handicapped spaces (20 or so) on premises are far from the both the handicapped and main entrances and fill up early. There is ample parking directly in front of the handicapped entrance to the arena, but it is ‘Premuim, gated and costs $75 per car! Needless to say, at that price there were over 100 empty spaces during the event in the premium lot. Meanwhile, the few spaces in the handicapped lot were filled an hour and a half before the event. There were a few sandwich boards on one street stating street parking was handicapped only. People ignored them (maybe they didn’t see them) and law enforcement did not ticket. Bad form SNHU Arena.

Great game. The team I wanted to win didn't, but still a good experience and glad it was in my hometown of Fargo. Lots of people, friendly and lots of food/drink options. Not my first time to this event and not my last
