The event is wonderful, the facility is friendly and the staff is cordial. A much better location than Worcester!!

Outstanding regional. All the games were close with one going to OT. The regional final went down to the final minute before Union put in a controversial empty netter. Street fair on Saturday was fun for my kids with good, cheap food and a fun band. I would definitely recommend this event to all hockey fans and anyone who enjoys college sports. I hope the regional comes back again in the next year or so. I'll be brining the family again.

What can I say!!! We're headed to the frozen Four!!! We won!!! Absolutely worth the long trip!!! Btw. Arena was difficult to figure out to walk around. Needs signs inside how to get from one spot to next

The seats were great, the hockey was great and we enjoyed the crowd. I would definitely go back. Just wish it were easier to get out of the parking lot. I sat for about 30 minutes waiting to move and it still took quite a bit of time to get out of the lot. However, once out of the parking lot. it was good to be able to get right on the highway. We will consider taking the train in the future as the station is within walking distance.

High-level hockey with a lot on the line had the place juiced up. The venue is very good for sporting events as it is big enough, but not so big that you lose the closeness to the game. Very convenient on and off the highway. Come enjoy Webster Bank Arena or Harbor Yard anytime.

The arena was great, seats fantastic, games better than great but Bridgeport, Ct. is the pits.

Seats were great. Only question I had was the difference between "club" seats and "reserved" seats. It wasn't clear what the difference was or how you get access to either. Our seats were Center Ice though and perfect! Great game.

We pick a regional NCAA hockey tournament each year, and we find some to be less than expected. This was not the case with the East Regional this year. We knew more about some teams than others and were pleasantly surprised to find a team from the ECAC to be so disciplined...Union College is a great team to watch. I love their consistency.

One of the best games I've ever attended. Seats close to the ice directly on the red line. There's not a bad seat at Webster Bank arena. While students of both colleges were enthusiastic, the ushers/management kept them from gutter chants.

Game was exciting, and the Webster Arena was the perfect place to watch it.

Public address system TOO LOUD! Need more & better instant replay for the fans. Officials need to conduct their reviews quicker. Games are getting slowed down too much....teams lose momentum. Great hockey. Great venue.

The NCAA does not promote very much. Info on the NCAA College Hockey website is usually 2 weeks behind. Building was half empty both here and in Worcester. Problem is as I see it that you must buy tickets to all 3 games. The two losing teams who did not make the finals left and obviously did not sell their tickets to the fans of the 2 winning teams especially with the 24 hour turnaround. Venue was perfect however there was nothing for the average fan. Nothing either inside or outside the arena to get fans interested in next year. Only thing was the puck chuck and t-shirt throw. NCAA needs to do a better job

The arena was perfect for the NCAA regional playoffs. The crowd was great and, being a Union fan, the outcome was great as well.

Webster Arena is a great venue for this event and would only hope Yale and Fairfiejd might host it again in the future... It trully is hard to have a bad seat in the house.

The West Regional NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Finals were GREAT! I think St. Louis did a great job setting the event up. I think if one thing could have been improved on that would have been advanced advertising. We heard about 2 weeks prior while at a Blues hockey game. They should have gotten the word out to have improved ticket sales. i know several of my friends would have loved to have gone, expecally at the price of seats. College sports are always more exciting than professional.

The regional was very well run. Only complaint was we were never updated on the other games & scores that were going on during the event. As hockey fans who wondered how the other teams were doing, this was greatly missed.

Went to the final. Game was fine. NCAA needs to have beer sales flowing to get more interest in non-college hockey towns.
