    Ticket purchase procedure

by Jocko on 3/28/22DCU Center - Worcester

I recently bought two tickets to the hockey games in Worcester and had trouble with the first one, as I incorrectly thought that I had to have the ticket downloaded to my phone. However, I called the DCU ticket office and was assured that the ticket would be waiting for me at will-call, which it was. The second game went much better, as there was a button on your program for will-call delivery that I apparently hadn't seen so all went well with this one. Fine job by everyone.

Venue (DCU Center) was clean... staff friendly and they let you easily re-enter with a hand stamp... NO ISSUES!

    Welcome to Worcester

by Siemy on 3/27/22DCU Center - Worcester

The games were great! The seats were awesome. The prices were outrageous ($6 for a bottle of water) The lack of restroom facilities was ridiculous! My grandson missed the winning goal because he was stuck in a bathroom line. C’mon Worcester, we are better than this! I hope our hockey friends from Michigan & Minnesota are willing to come back some day, I may not!

DCU in Worcester needs make over

by College hockey fan on 3/27/22DCU Center - Worcester

Great hockey but with all the new arena’s in US and Northeast the NCAA could not select a better equipped facility.

    Great Game

by Bob ‘Troutboy’ on 3/27/22DCU Center - Worcester

It was a great hockey game and we had great accessible seats - for someone who has mobility issues. Thanks! (Even though our team fell short!)

Sold a seat that didn’t exist?

by G. on 4/4/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

The venue is great. Not a bad seat in the place. Only problem is they sold me a seat that was occupied by the goal judge ?? Usher said that if the people to my right showed up .. they would move me to seats with a side view to the rink ( that’s all she had ) Fortunately they didn’t show and I got to enjoy the games with my son. Bad business though !!!!

    Frozen Four First Round 2019

    by A. F. on 4/4/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

LOVE college hockey and attending the event this year was wonderful with completely unexpected results. This is the opposite of overhyped March madness basketball and far cooler to watch and enjoy. Plus, the price is right! A good sport day - out and about.

by Dah on 4/3/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

Providence had an unfair home ice advantage as the lowest seed. It tainted the experience

    Go UMass!! Great Arena

by Mike W. on 4/2/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

This was my first time attending an event at the SNHU arena, for the NCAA hockey regional finals. Its a nice arena, well kept and easy to get to. Parking at the garage was easy although it took a bit of time getting out after. The arena itself was easy to get into and get around in. The concourses are a bit small but not too bad. Concessions and restrooms are easy to find. And of course UMass won!! All in all, a great experience. I would attend events here again.

    NCAA Div. 1 Hockey Regionals

    by D. on 4/2/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

Great seats at Avery good price. The SNHU Arena was built for hockey. Good sightlines from the first section, center ice location, row K. The food and beverage services were adequate. The lines however were not acceptable. It took an entire intermission to get close to being served. Other than that the overall experience was excellent.

    NCAA Hockey playoff

    by C. B. on 4/2/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

Great atmosphere at the Dunkin' . Only trouble is with the mobile app - a pain in the butt depending on phone/carrier. Elapse give the option of printable paper tickets

    Great game, pricey food/beer

by S.B.G. on 4/2/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

The experience was overall good! Seats were narrow, and beer was $13! Insane. But the games were awesome.

Easy access to tickets and moble ticket access was easy

by TuckerM on 4/2/19Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence

Consumer friendly site allowed me to order tix from cell phone and didn’t need paper access to enter arena using moble tickets. Seating chart helped me know where I was sitting.

    Mobile phone e-tix actually worked!

by Rick C on 4/2/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

My wife and I had a wonderful time at a recent NCAA mens ice hockey game. I hadn't used TicketMaster before, so I was 'mildly' worried about relying upon e-tickets that had to be shown on my cell phone to get into the venue (hey, I'm a senior citizen!). But, it all worked out perfectly well.

    Seating

    by H. M. on 4/1/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

As usual the tournament was great. I did have the tuba player blocking the view of the goal. That can happen and i could slide over to see. The other game a gentleman decided to stand in the handicap section ( he wasn't handicapped) and everytime i would move around so would he. The usher didn't seem care.

    bad seats

    by T. S. on 4/1/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

I ordered my tickets pretty soon after they went on sale. I was unable to select my seats as I can when I buy tickets for TD Garden. So I got tickets in the first row behind the visiting team bench. You cannot see most of the ice from those seats, especially when the players are all standing which they did most of the game. We eventually moved from our seats. But to be given those seats without choosing them is lousy. We will never buy tickets from that venue again unless we can choose the seats.

    Manchester New Hampshire

by Rodeo on 4/1/19SNHU Arena - Manchester

The venue was perfect for the four teams to play in a round robin situation. The concession stand food was Not the best. There is lots of room for improvement with the type of food that they sell. Souvenir stand was well stocked. The bathroom facilities were clean and very assessable hardly any lines. Could use a little more entertainment between games and in between periods. More fan interaction and giveaways.
