Great Show - Scheduled Too Late

by Anonymous on 7/7/13Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

Band sounded great. My only complaint is that it started too late for a mid-week night. Nazareth hit the stage at 11pm and didn't finish until a little after 12:30am. For a mid-week night show that draws an older demographic, it would have been much better to have them go on at 10pm. Much of the crowd left in the middle of the show due to the lateness, not the band.

    Amazing show!!!

by VadK on 6/29/13BB KIng's Blues Club - NYC

An impeccable show from start to finish, Dan is still amazing and the rest provide ample support. They sang all the hits, I would have liked to hear also "Heart's grown cold" and "Please don't judas me", but the set was great. Nice small venue, excellent sound. A+++

It was great to see Nazareth in a small venue. Their music and especially the voice of Nazareth is one in a million.

Nazareth is a must see concert!

by starisa on 6/27/13McAllen Civic Auditorium - McAllen

I am happy and grateful that I got to see Nazareth in concert. All things considered, they put on a good show. Dan can still sing....a very unique voice. Keep on rocking Nazareth! A true grateful fan.

The Naz is still kicking major ass!!

by Commish464 on 6/27/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Opener Artimus Pyle Band would be worth seeing on his own. Didn't know the last show Skynyrd did before the plane crashed was opening for Nazareth. Made the show just that more special. As for Nazareth they still put on a GREAT show. Hopefully the new album they're working on will mean a full blown tour next year, and if they come anywhere near you and your a fan DO NOT MISS OUT!! Only down side was no merchandise at all. Rock on my friends!!!!!

Nazareth was a very, very pale reminder of itself

by Kuzia on 6/27/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Nazareth lost everything they had as a great band - the sound, the musical quality and the voice... now it is just an old vehicle to help the remaining members retire a little later:)

Poor setlist and 2nd guitarist desperately needed

by Pmortem777 on 6/27/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Dan McCafferty still sounds great. Pete Agnew & Lee Agnew were a tight rhythm section. Jimmy Murrison seemed and sounded overwhelmed. He did not seem like he was comfortable even though he has been in the band since 1994. They could definitely use an additional guitarist since most Nazareth songs feature contrasting and overlapping guitar parts. The setlist was quite weak and went towards more obscure album deeper tracks. I have been a fan since Hair of the Dog (1975) and this was the first time I actually got to see them live. I left early in extreme disappointment.

    Great Night!

by joeb214 on 6/27/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

I've been to many concerts in my time, and when I put the whole night together ( the bands, food, drink, seating) it was outstanding. Nazareth played 17 to 18 songs and got better as the evening went on.

Still Rockin' After All These Years

by Agberto on 6/25/13McAllen Civic Auditorium - McAllen

It was a good show. I was surprised that Nazareth was the first group to play seeing as Dio Disciples was the special guest, but after Dio Disciples started playing, I understood why they came out second. The energy they produced was awesome! Nazareth still sounded like Nazareth, and I wish they would have played for more than an hour and that the place would have been at least more than half full. The only thing I didn't like about the concert was that they were not selling any concert shirts. I saw Nazareth back in the early eighties and couldn't afford to buy a concert shirt back then, now that I can afford it, they weren't selling them. Big disappointment.

These old guys (Nazareth) can still ROCK

by Deadbroke on 6/13/13Deadwood Mountain Grand - Deadwood

I first enjoyed Nazareth as a young man in 1973 and have been to several concerts of theirs over the years. This time, my 18 years old son joined me and was also impressed. GREAT SHOW!

    forget Nazareth

by Erlo on 6/13/13Deadwood Mountain Grand - Deadwood

Acoustics and sound system was horrible. Big Nazareth fan but could not recognize the scrambled music. Best part was event was maybe 1/3 full so easy to get up and grab refreshments. Lead signer was sucking on some asthma machine and dressed like he was going to a senior citizens bingo night out. Still, they tried and have to give them credit even though a little sad they didn't hang it up 10 years ago and just maybe play some old videos and drink beer and hang out with the fans. The price was reasonable and the seats were comfortable and had some good friends to party with so still glad I went.

    Legendary Rock Gods

by SDKidd on 6/12/13Deadwood Mountain Grand - Deadwood

This was the first time I have had the opportunity to see Nazareth in concert, and let me say- after all these years THEY STILL KICK ASS!!! I was in awe for most of the show, front row- watching Dan sing and sounding incredibly amazing! Pete still plays a mean bass- and the whole band was awesome and had a good time themselves! Definitely a must see, and worth the wait after all these years!

    nazareth was outstanding

    by steve420 on 7/23/12Deerfoot Inn & Casino - Calgary

As a person who has experienced events like Elements music festival and metropolis. Nazareth blew my mind. They all had great stage presents and knew how to work the audience. Although they didn't play No Mean City or Claim to fame they still played a great show. The seating was pretty tight but I expected that. Overall great show.

    Nazareth played a excellent show

by AlbaWarrior on 7/10/12Red Robinson Show Theatre - Coquitlam

The Venue (Red Robinson) was the best for sound of a rock concert I have ever been.. This NAZARETH Show was well tuned, organized and supported by there professional management supporting the band. several sound check got the crowd roused Dan McCaffery hit every note dead on in his wailing style of singing, The bands musicianship created a magical energy that was brought out in the music.. Seating was comfortable and clean. Enjoy looking out into the fellow attendee's of these diehard NAZ Fans seeing mostly over 50.We drove from PDX to Coquitlam, BC to see the show and were are very pleased thank you to all whom supported this most excellent experience. Great set list of there best songs and new all played with precision. ..

    Nazareth still rocks the house

by Anonymous on 7/8/12Red Robinson Show Theatre - Coquitlam

Would have loved the show to be a bit longer than two hours, but the band was great and they hardly stopped playing for those 2 hours.
