Comedian Nate Bargatze’s clean-cut and relatable humor is why The Atlantic called him “The Nicest Man in Stand-Up.” The Nashville, Tennessee native and host of the Nateland podcast found his voice in the mid-2000s with regular appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bargatze was featured on Jimmy Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour 2013, three years after he was named “New York's Funniest Stand-Up” at the New York Comedy Festival. Since then, Bargatze has been selling out arenas on solo tours and in support of comedy icons like Chris Rock. Bargatze’s signature deadpan delivery was showcased in his 2021 Netflix special, The Greatest Average American, which earned a Grammy Award nomination for the coinciding comedy album. His 2023 Amazon Prime special Nate Bargatze: Hello World became the most-streamed original comedy special debut in Prime history — with 2.9 million viewers in its first 28 days — culminating in Bargatze breaking the attendance record for Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Bargatze hosted “Saturday Night Live” for the second time in fall 2024 and also co-produced a holiday variety special titled “Nate Bargatze’s Nashville Christmas” with Lorne Michaels. In May 2025, Bargatze published his highly-anticipated first book, Big Dumb Eyes: Stories From A Simpler Mind, which became an instant New York Times bestseller. Coming up for 2026, Bargatze will host his new comedy game show, The Greatest Average American, which premieres on February 25 on ABC and Hulu, and will star in the family-friendly comedy film, The Breadwinner, which is scheduled to be released on March 13.

Nate’s new content was fantastic! It was a refreshingly creative and clean show that was funny from start to finish! The opening acts were great as well. I would recommend everyone check out Nate’s Raincheck Tour!
Nate Bargatze was funny, but I couldn't help the feeling that we'd paid to see him practice. I understand that comedians are going to need to work on bits in public before they eventually perfect them, but this seemed to be an act entirely composed of stuff he was auditioning, with very little that was actually ready for the stage. Still, half of what he did was very funny, and his delivery is truly excellent. His dad was a killer, too. But, it's tough to pay $100/ea to watch an act that is so unprepared that he needs to refer to his index cards throughout the show to remember which bits he's auditioning that night.
I love comedy, and can personally enjoy raunchy, vulgar, and even offensive comedy. However, when I was recently in Vegas with my entire family (with kids) for my birthday and found out Nate Bargatze was going to be there for 2 nights only, I knew we had to get tickets. It was great for my family to not worry about what would be said next, and even my youngest was laughing, especially at Nate's dad who was the opening act. I discovered Nate on TikTok of all places, and he was even better in person! His delivery and pacing is perfect. Great show!
We laughed from start to finish! The new material is hysterical and so relatable!
If you've seen either of Nate Bargatze's Netflix specials, then you know his brand of humor and what you're signing up for. This show was all new material, no recycled jokes. His self-deprecating, everyman comedy is so well done that you know he's a lot smarter than he lets on in his show. When we saw this in Vegas, his dad did the opening, and he was simply amazing. The whole crowd was going before Bargatze even hit the stage. 10/10 would recommend! Highlight of our trip in Vegas.
We loved everything from beginning to end. Nick was great. Nate’s dad Stephen was surprisingly wonderful (now we know where Nate gets it from) and Nate, of course, was phenomenal. We loved every second and laughed from beginning to end!
I saw Nate two years and loved his show. I am so happy to get to see him again. I regret not getting the VIP for the meet and greet.
He was absolutely hilarious. I had front row seats, essentially in front of him and was laughing non stop throughout his show. Our seats came with meet and greets, and he is one of the nicest people i have ever met. Will for sure be seeing him again.
We laughed so hard. His delivery is spot on. It is like he wrote these bits while living in my house. Everything was so funny and yet nothing was inappropriate and I don't think he used any profanity. I wish I would have brought my comedy-loving teen sons. They would have been rolling in the aisles.
Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Both the performance and the theater were wonderful. Parking nearby at a reasonable cost as well.
Though it did start 20-25 minutes after the start time on the ticket, it was a great show!! The venue was nice, people friendly and all around we had a great time!!
I was laughing the whole time! Even better than his Netflix special!
Had thee best time! I never stopped laughing. Would absolutely go again!
We thoroughly enjoyed this show! I was in tears for most of it. Very talented comedian and his delivery is the best!
He is a master of comedy!!!! We loved the fact that he doesn’t feel like he has to make fun of everyone, only himself!
Truly one of the funniest comedy shows I have ever seen. I was sad when it ended. Both my husband and I laughed the entire time. So much fun to see something clean and hilarious. I would recommend seeing Nate every opportunity you get. As soon as it was over I looked at my husband and said I wish we could watch it all again right now. Truly good fun.We are definitely fans and will watch for his next tour.
We laughed the whole time. His netflix show was great but even better in person!
Great set that kept us laughing the whole time. Looking forward to his next tour.
From the start I was crying from laughing so hard. One of the best experiences. We can't wait to go see him again.
