Comedian Nate Bargatze’s clean-cut and relatable humor is why The Atlantic called him “The Nicest Man in Stand-Up.” The Nashville, Tennessee native and host of the Nateland podcast found his voice in the mid-2000s with regular appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bargatze was featured on Jimmy Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour in 2013, three years after he was named “New York's Funniest Stand-Up” at the New York Comedy Festival. Bargatze’s signature deadpan delivery was showcased in his 2021 Netflix special, The Greatest Average American, which earned a Grammy Award nomination for the coinciding comedy album. His 2023 Amazon Prime special Nate Bargatze: Hello World became the most-streamed original comedy special debut in Prime history — with 2.9 million viewers in its first 28 days — culminating in Bargatze breaking the attendance record for Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

Seeing Nate is a must. My wife and I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. Can’t wait for him to come back to Indiana so we can go see him again
The show was great; so much fun. The opener's were great (especially Vecchione) and Nate killed it with the new material.
Nate was great. His openers were great. The venue was easy to enter and exit. Great seats. Overall good time.
Starter comedians were great. Nate was amazing as expected. He proves you can go to a 1.5 hour long show and not hear one swear word or disgusting joke. Just funny, plain and simple. I'll never look at Scheels the same again. Strongly suggest everyone checks him out. Well worth the cost.

Excellent show! All new material that’s as good if not better than previous sets. My wife and I kept grinning and laughing at one another as Nate’s commentary on marriage and relationships landed on point time and time again. You won’t be disappointed!!
It was super hard to understand let alone hear. The volume was so low. Given we were on the balcony but still I've been to alot of places and this place needs to adjust speakers or their placement. Glad I didn't pay for the expensive seats. And kinda wish Nate would've went a little longer.
Nate and his two opening acts were great! They had us laughing the whole time. The seats are for people on the smaller side of the scale (6'2" 250lbs) otherwise the Adler Theatre was a great venue.
Nate is so funny. We had a great time. Laughed nonstop!

Couldn’t have asked for a better performance by Bergatze…I think it was his funniest show to date.
The two openers were pretty funny and we expected Nate to out perform them as it was his show. It was a decent show but not at the level I expected. The two people sitting next to us left midway through Nate’s performance. He was only on stage for about 30 minutes. Almost seemed like he cut the show short for some reason. I was very excited to see him live and was a bit disappointed considering how much I paid for the tickets. I know he can do better so perhaps he had an off night.
Always a great time at this theatre. Clean, friendly staff, not one bad seat in the house. Drink prices are out of control but such is Chicago. Thanks for always providing a good experience.
Nate Bargatze is really relatable. I am an oldest child who was raised by super Christian 90s parents. I am also a divorcee and could relate to some of the quibbles that he has with his wife. It was cool to get a male perspective on some of his experiences. It helps to understand that none of us are perfect and we really are all living the same life... for the most part. I would advise people not to go to comedy shows if they don't want to hear other people laugh. You can't police laughing. Stay home if you can't relate.
We had a great time at the Chicago Theatre last weekend. There was easy access to the venue, so you didn't have to wait outside for a while. The Theatre itself is truly stunning and magical. Nate's show was incredible. My cheeks were hurting from all of the laughter. Really good food and drinks. I look forward to going in the near future to another show. Thanks for the great experience!
If you get a chance, go see Nate on this tour. This is a great show.
He is so funny! I would put him in the same group as Seinfeld.
This show was hysterical as always and we were able to bring our 10 year old daughter who loved his Netflix specials. As a lover of comedy, it was awesome to find someone hilarious who isn’t using vulgar language or content that I can share with my kid. Thanks to Nate for being one of the only comedians in the business bringing the comedy performances that are appropriate for the whole family to enjoy! We loved it and can’t wait to see him again live.
I thought I had tickets to the 7pm show but I had 4pm tickets. The house manager got me comparable seats and was so nice about the mistake. We had a great time, Nate and his opening acts were funny.
Great Show! Nate Bargatze is a clean comedian that will have you laughing the entire show. However, The Chicago Theater struggled at the door. The show started 30 minutes late. They need a better system to check photo ID and vaccine cards then security entrance. I heard other venues have stuff members checking photo ID's and vaccine cards as you wait in line for security point by placing a wrist band on individuals that are "good" with vaccines.
