The Chase drivers were there in a relaxed Q&A about more than just racing. They were in a relaxed mood and exchanged some one line zingers with each other that were hilarious. Oh and they also gave away a 2016 Ford F150 truck to one lucky person in the audience.

This is my fourth year to attend and although it wasn't the best it is always fun to hear the drivers and their comments. The cost is reasonable and appreciated. The addition of the drivers reading "mean tweets" was hilarious. The interview with Kyle Busch, this year's champion, was good and always nice to hear his thoughts about the season. My highlight of the night was the tribute to Jeff Gordon who is retiring. The disappointing parts for me were: This year's moderator's weren't as good as last year, I didn't feel they were as relaxed in their interaction with the drivers and could have followed up questions and gotten more comments. I would like more interaction between the drivers and the audience, just walking through more of the aisles and acknowledging fans is a huge deal for people who have traveled far to see them. My last complaint is that there were no "door prizes" as in previous years other than the Ford truck. That contest was conducted through the internet and I feel the people who attended this event should have a chance to win something. I'm sure NASCAR could afford a few race tickets to give away and it creates excitement! The addition of wrist bands with lights was fun but they could have done so much more with them including selecting prize winners (which there were non of.)
Been to two after the lap. This was the worst!!! Courtney Hanson was a terrible interviewer. Her questions boring and she had no personality. Rutledge Wood. was good. He at least played off what the drivers would say. Hanson did not. There was not enough talk between the drivers. To many boring questions. Luckily Edwards added some humor for the others to add to. Needed more stories from the drivers. In past we got to hear great stories from the drivers about pranks, stories of the past,& a view into their friendships. We got nothing like that this year. The light up watch thing was stupid. Added nothing!
NASCAR after the lap is overall a fun experience for anyone who hasn't seen it. It's nice to see the drivers in a person atmosphere. The hosts are usually subpar and there year was no different with Rutledge Wood. Just a corny bore that interrupts some decent conversations. The pearl at the palms is great for site lines but the seats are so close together you get to sweat on your fellow NASCAR fan. I'd recommend the event once or twice.
The show was fantastic! It was so much fun watching them laugh & joke around. All of those guys are really funny! It was extra special to me because it was the last time I'll ever get to see Jeff Gordon as a driver. He paved the way for other drivers & the amount of respect his fellow drivers have for him is amazing. He is & always will be #24ever!!!! ♡♡♡
Had the best time this year, it was unbelievable. Got to see the drivers close up.
This event was so great. I enjoyed the drivers talking about the season, them making fun of one another , but have some respect for the other.
Nascar's The Lap was a Nascar's Fan's Entertainment at it Best. I have been there the last three years now, and it just keeps getting better and better each Year. As for me, I feel I had the best Seats, so much so , I would Buy next Years Tickets right Now if they would let me . They also gave out Free Gifts to Hundreds of Fans. There were fans from all over the World. It was the best Price for a Las Vegas Show you can get anywhere.The show ran about 2 to 2.5 hours. It was great; go see it next year, and maybe see there. Also it's on live TV. Buy the way Ticketmaster did a outstanding job with the ticket handling. Good Job
The event was very fun. Wish it would have started about an hour later to be able to get there from the burnouts. The commentator was very good, better then Jamie Little.
I was disappointed that only 8 of the Drivers came out in the beginning and the other 8 arrived 1/2 way thorough the show. The show would be better if all drivers arrived together. This was our 3rd time attending and it was an enjoyable evening. We plan to attend again next year.
This year they got it better than last, at some point we had all 16 drivers on the stage at once, but the 2nd group that came up, I felt was short changed, they certainly did not have the same time on stage as the first group. Still would like to see all 16 on stage at the same time for the entire show. It also felt that the guys were not on as long as they were last year. Not sure if the comedian this year took up some of the time. Overall though, it is a fun show to see them let lose a little.

Very exciting to see the 16 NASCAR Chase Drivers. They are very funny & entertaining! Not long enough of driver interviews. This year's on stage driver tell all was shorter than previous years. It was interviewer's Marty Smith's 2nd year to interview the 16 NASCAR 2014 Chase Drivers and he didn't do that good of a job. There were first time drivers up on stage and they never spoke into the microphone. Marty Smith seems to only talk to the same drivers year after year....which means he is only speaking mostly to the drivers that continually make the NASCAR Chase. Also, the Miss Sprint Cup representative is average. I realize that the drivers would rather look at her because she is more appealing to them versus Marty Smith. Sound engineer needs to work on making sure the microphones for the drivers are all on. This year you could not hear the drivers when they were talking into the microphone. Whomever the representative in charge is, he/she should consider a lapel microphone pack or a microphone headset for the drivers. Having the drivers hold the microphone doesn't work. The drivers just lay the microphone down on the chair so that they don't have to speak. And if you are going to have only 8 drivers come out to talk to on stage in the beginning, when it is time for the 2nd half of the 8 drivers to come out onto the stage to talk, you should have the 1st half move upstage onto the back row of seats so that the 2nd half sits on the seats/couches toward the front of the stage (down stage),
We had a blast at the NASCAR After the Lap event. Drivers were very funny and entertaining. We also watched the burn outs and we barely made it to our seat for the show. Definitely need MORE time between the burn outs and when the event starts. So please consider allowing more time between the events.
Event itself was awesome. Logistics were terrible! This event cannot be held so far from where the parade laps on the strip are held. We were late because traffic is horrible getting way out to the Palms!
it didn't last long as it was supposed to It was really a good show And loved the way they gave out free cokes
It was awesome! Drivers were great! I just wish that the "After the Lap" was at one of the hotels on the strip because of the drivers doing burnouts on Las Vegas Blvd. Then you have to catch a cab to the Palms. It is definitely worth going to for NASCAR fans. Seats were great.
