Nas on Tour
Long regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time, Nas offers audiences some of hip-hop's most powerful storytelling with classic, hands-in-the-air delivery. A live Nas set typically features both critical favorites and pop hits, including songs from his landmark 1994 LP Illmatic — perhaps one of the most acclaimed rap debuts of all time — and selections from the impressive 11 albums that followed. His evocative rhymes have been featured everywhere from New York's iconic Hot 97 Summer Jam to hip-hop package tour Rock the Bells to a performance at the Kennedy Center backed by the National Symphony Orchestra. Following the release of Nasir, a 7-song album executive produced by Kanye West, the lyrical titan will embark on a co-headlining tour with R&B legend Mary J. Blige.
Nas in Concert
Nas is considered by many to be one of the top five rappers, living or dead; he's a luminary beloved by rap royalty like Jay-Z, Kanye West, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole. Born Nasir Jones in 1973 (his father is jazz musician Olu Dara), he was raised in Queens, New York, at Queensbridge, a housing project whose deep role in hip-hop history would inspire his lyrics. Performing as the teenage MC Nasty Nas, he emerged with a spotlight-stealing guest verse on Main Source's 1991 single "Live at the Barbeque." Working with an all-star team of New York beatmakers (including DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Large Professor and Q-Tip) his debut album, Illmatic, was a critical sensation. In the 25 years that followed, Nas has released seven platinum solo albums, and one with supergroup The Firm alongside Foxy Brown and AZ. His empowering 2003 single "I Can," built on Beethoven's "Für Elise," broke the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. Widely respected as a true hip-hop scholar and lyricist, he's appeared on songs with everyone from Run-DMC, Beastie Boys, Lauryn Hill and Kanye West to Amy Winehouse, Justin Bieber, Jack White and the National Symphony Orchestra.

My 6th time seeing Nas and this was his best show! Seeing my favorite rapper in NYC sold out at MSG will be something I'll never forget! I wasn't missing this concert for anything, I'm glad I went and I'm still on cloud nine days later. That's exactly how an artist should make you feel after a show and I'll see him again and again and AGAIN
I had such a good time at the concert. Nas put on a great show, it was aesthetically amazing and he performed so well. The special guests were amazing and I enjoyed every moment of the night.

An absolutely amazing show! I traveled from South Carolina just to attend the show and it was worth the money! He did all the new songs and old songs in a perfect mix. I wish I could go back and relive it, that is how fun it was.
The show was phenomenal! Nasir Bin Olu Dara Jones owes me nothing. He gave the crowd what we wanted. What we've been waiting for. He bore his sould on stage. A true master at his craft. His career in the game speaks volumes. I feel blessed to have experienced his energy for these 30 years.
Nas put on a great show! Just really disappointed in the lack of ushers keeping the aisles clear of ppl. We literally had to stand the entire show in order to see above the sea of heads, posted up in the aisle. And lastly, the lack of merchandise. Not sure how that works but there should have been more merchandise for a sold out show.

I am a huge NAS fan. The trip to NYC was my 50th birthday present to myself. My brother and my daughter came with me ti the concert. To experience it with them was priceless.

Most memorable and historic occasion and truly grateful to be there. From beginning to end, Nas brought IT one thousand percent. The DJ, the dope visuals, Nas bringing out Rick the ruler, AZ, HB and Mary J all priceless. Love hip hop and Nas' show embodied and Repesented every aspect of art and hip hop. Love his creative genius.
Nas performance was excellent. Madison Square Garden was horrible. I’m disabled and they turned the escalators off and I had a hard time walking down the turned off escalators and I paid the price the next day. People were too close to each other. The performance was excellent the venue was horrible.
It was his best show to date. We need another one night only every year. Thanks.

This was the best concert I’ve ever been to and I’ve seen everyone!! I’ve been listening to Nas since I was 10 I’m 31 now and I’m just so proud of him. The show at the garden was not only a love letter to hip hop fans but a full circle moment for him. You can tell this show meant so much to him. It meant a lot to us!! There’s nothing like Nas fans and I was so happy that I got to experience with people who love Nas as much as me!
Excellent show full of fireworks and theatrics. I loved the demographic of the crowd. It shows how legendary nas is. I can't wait for the next time hes in the garden
Nas at The Garden was a legendary show. This was special because it was one night only and to see him perform songs from the last 4 albums for the first half of the show was incredible, proving these songs to be instant classics. Then finishing up with the hits was just a bonus.
The show was amazing, the seats were great. Is it possible that NAS is still in his prime? I've seen him several times and he gets better every single time!!!
