    Good but Needed More

by Ehvegas on 9/3/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

The show was very enjoyable but after watching many of their episodes I was thinking they would actually be busting a myth or 2 on stage. I wasn't expecting any real time explosions of course but was expecting a little more action. There was a Q & A session and was informative and interesting but could have done without. Overall on a grading scale would probably give it about at B-.

    Great Show!

by Lunchbox05 on 9/3/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

We went to this as a gift to my sister for getting into Pharmacy School. While at first you dont really know what you are getting you quickly are pulled into the reasons and practical experiments right in front of you. On top of that they also use the audience to make the show that much more entertaining. Jamie and Adam take the time to talk to the audience and really explain why they do what they do. And that is just awesome.

    Mini me's were great!

by Tanberry2005 on 9/3/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

Thoroughly enjoyed the show! Adam and Jamie were amazing. You never know if your getting the real stars of the show or not at these shows. I wish I would have done the meet and greet so we had pictures with them.

Good show, missed the mark of great

by AllThumbsGeek on 9/2/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

Took my son to the show and we enjoyed it. I was thrilled when they started off explaining that part of the show was to understand myth busting the way they look and evaluate various experiments/tests. They started with the force equation, f = m*a and gave examples of this in action in a way that children could immediately grasp. Next they gave an example of fluids and hydraulics. OK gag, but no explanation. Children could not relate this to any Mythbusters episode or real like experience (such as brakes on a car). Same for optics. Same for friction. Same for explosions... I just wish they took the 20 seconds per example on stage to take that amazing show of theirs and take one step beyond gags and entertainment. *That* would have left my son remembering the Physics lessons they advertised at the start of the show - forever. And it would have achieved the stated reason for the Behind the Myths show - to illustrate how they use science to validate or bust myths. Good, not great.

    Adam & Jamie were Awesome

by RobCfromUK on 9/2/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

This excelled my expectations, some great clips from the 10 years - behind the scenes too. Audience participation was handled great, including interactive question and answer sessions. The experiments used were brilliant. A great show for fans old and new.

    Well worth it!

by LVGeek on 9/2/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

They did not bust any myths on stage, but it was great to see how they demonstrated some of the principals involved in Mythbusting. It was like debunking Wikapedia's errors. Having the opportunity to ask questions of both Adam and Jamie was great. Kept you guessing at what would come next. The video tour of the shop was really cool!! Having the chance to be on-stage was great too. Finding out both Jamie's and Adam's career path to the Mythbusters was very interesting. The set ups were good too.

Awsome show, don't expect to see dangerous explosions on stage but it does keep you entertained. Jaime and Adam take time to answer questions

    Fantastic, laugh riot

by nevadabill21 on 8/21/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

this was one of the funniest things i have ever seen, it works on the stage just like the TV show and the chemistry between Jamie and Adam is so apparent, even with out Grant, Tory and Kari, but where was Kari.LOL if you are fan of the show, go see this live version, it was worth it.

    Good Fun for All

by Moby64 on 8/21/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

This show was very enjoyable for a broad demographic. Ages ranged across 32 years in our group, and I saw many instances of young children (say 8 or 9) attending with older (past 70) adults, with all enjoying the performance. One of the more interesting (and frustrating) parts of the show were the times Adam and Jamie were on stage alone answering questions from audience members. The answers given by the Mythbuster Duo were engaging; however, the lack of any way for the audience to ask questions loudly enough to be well heard was frustrating. Some of the questions were not easily understood, and what was asked had to be discerned from the answer given. One other frustration of note: when audience member participation was requested, those chosen were all from seats pretty close to the stage. I understand the limitations of being able to see (or, more correctly, not see) the audience from the stage, but this made many audience members from mid-seating on back feel a slight disconnect. This is why I only rated this with 4 stars. Some of the "gags" were very unexpected (that multi-barrel paint gun? UNBELIEVABLE!!), while all were entertaining. Definitely a well-spent evening.

A must-see for any Mythbusters fan!

by agoldman3 on 8/21/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

Drove from So. Cal to Vegas with my son and it was worth it. This is not a 'live' version of the TV show, but instead it is more of a behind-the-scenes view providing insight in how they develop the show. There is quite a bit of (on stage) audience participation as well as Q&A time with both Adam and Jaime.

Hilarious Show and true to their words

by Kenryu on 8/19/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

Mythbusters Behind the Myths was completely funny. Whatever they stated they would do: "Lots of audience participation, Mess with you, etc" was done extremely well and well... it was straight out hilarious. Though the touch on things people probably know, their way of presenting it was, as they put it, unorthodox. It is for sure a show for those who wishes to laugh many times.

Could have been better. Not worth the money as is.

by Bizzy7575 on 8/19/12THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL CASINO - LAS VEGAS

They do a few stunts that many illusionist have done for decades and they have some lame props. If you are die hard mythbusters fan and must see Jamie and Adam, it might be worth it. Other than that, it is not worth the money.
