Exceeded expectations
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
I knew the show would be good. It's a classic story that never gets old. But what i was not expecting was the insame talent of the entire cast! Amazing vocals and acting. The set of Professor Higgins' house was incredibly designed. It really felt like you were watching people interact throughout a house and not just a set. Shereen Ahmed was the best portrayal of Eliza Doolittle I've ever seen. Just stunningly talented and beautiful. I wish the show was running longer so I could see it again with my mom.

Not appreciate changes
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
I am older. I did not appreciate the sharpness in tone or the extent of changes… I’m not ultra-conservative but these changes were to far for me. Performances were great.

Love love loved it
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
My 19-year-old grandson & I have been going to musical theater since he was 3. I sang on Broadway when I was younger & he is studying theater in college. This was his first time seeing my fair lady & we both absolutely loved it. Our only criticism was that you couldn’t understand the cockney accent in the beginning. I understood the lyrics to with a little bit of luck but he did not and missed much of the humor. The slight changes that were made to modernize and minimize some of the abusiveness Were very welcome and much needed addition. But the cast was spectacular. The sets were creative. The costuming lovely. And of course who can beat this Lerner and Loewe score. We both really really enjoyed it

My Fair Lady, June 30
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
We didn’t know what to expect with this production as neither of us had seen this live. What a delight to have had the opportunity to see this live and in Chicago. The actors, singing, sets, costumes, Cadillac Palace Theatre, and on and on were one of the best we have ever seen. Many were surprised we were not going to ‘Six’ but we were so glad we stuck to a classic. Thank you for making our trip to Chicago extra special.

Disappointed
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
Very disappointed in the performance and the departure from the original. Why did you feel that needed done? So looking forward to seeing it and left feeling as if it was a waste of 3 hours

Captivating and “ Loverly”
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
Seeing My Fair Lady brought me back to the last time I saw it several years ago. The actors were great, the singing was fantastic and the sets were magnificent. It was a tad long but very worthwhile to see.

An Old Classic is Still a Winner
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening seeing "My Fair Lady" All of the old familiar songs are so fun to listen to. The voices were "loverly" and the humor was so much fun. I would suggest this musical and this cast to anyone looking for a great night out.

Incredible, Fantastic, Entertaining!!!!
Cadillac Palace - Chicago
Cadilac Palace Theatre is an outstanding place to see a performance. The people who work there are friendly, courteous and always helpful. I love this theatre. Elisa and Freddie were outstanding in the performance of My Fair Lady. All of the actors were great!!! I will see this again before it leaves Chicago.
From Lincoln Center Theater that brought you The King & I and South Pacific, comes "a sumptuous new production of the most perfect musical of all time" (Entertainment Weekly), Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY. Director Bartlett Sher's glowing production is "thrilling, glorious and better than it ever was" (New York Times). "Every so often a revival comes along that reminds you how indispensable great theater can be" (NY1).
Boasting such classic songs as "I Could Have Danced All Night," "The Rain in Spain," "Wouldn't It Be Loverly" and "On the Street Where You Live," MY FAIR LADY tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a young Cockney flower seller, and Henry Higgins, a linguistics professor who is determined to transform her into his idea of a "proper lady." But who is really being transformed?!
