My Chemical Romance are a rock band composed of lead vocalist Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero. Formed in 2001 in New Jersey, MCR have become highly influential for their blend of rock, pop-punk and emo music along with unflinchingly open lyrics and theatrical live performances. Beginning with 2002’s I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, MCR have released four studio albums, two live recordings and three compilations. The band unveiled their major label debut, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004 behind their first charting singles, “I'm Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena” and “The Ghost of You.” In 2006, MCR’s third album The Black Parade reached a career-high No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while lead single “Welcome to the Black Parade” peaked at No. 9 on the Hot 100. After touring 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, MCR did not perform together again until 2019, followed by a reunion world tour between 2022 and 2023. The band headlined Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in 2024. In 2025, My Chemical Romance embarked on a tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album, The Black Parade.

Incredible performance and showmanship from both Alice Coopers and My Chemical Romance!
Can’t believe how incredible this whole experience was. Thank you Alice Cooper and MCR for giving us an unforgettable night. Waiting in line since 9am was totally worth it.
First Alice Cooper may be on the older side but he still got it! MCR is such an amazing band. I am so glad I was able to witness them live in concert. I loved the theatrical performance of the Black Parade. The entire band was so energetic and they energized the entire crowd. The stadium was so packed and goes to show them how much their fans missed them. I’m glad I was able to witness the reunion tour. On a side note Gerard’s wife Lin-Z was sitting right in front of us. She smiled the entire time. She seemed very proud of Gerard.
MCR Black Parade was my first ever concert so I had to hit up this tour as well! They were just as good if not better which goes to show the talent they have! Fan for life :)
First off. Alice Cooper was a true delight and I loved every second of seeing him all over again. I used to see him annually as a kid until things became more difficult financially for us. So a two-for-one promise of two of my favorite artists was a no brainer. The Black Parade show was incredible. Gerard's artistic way if creating his Draag world and oppresion is just specatular. It bleeds references from Pink Floyd: The Wall. The Black Parade album is similar in its style to The Wall as well. I suggest anyone unfamiliar listen to it front to back and find concert footage. He is just a genius. I love the end of the night as well when the show became more personal and intimate with the crowd after putting on such a large performance. 🖤🖤🖤
Absolutely perfect, stunning, amazing, flawless, immaculate, exceptional, marvelous, fabulous, groundbreaking, breathtaking, awe inspiring, spectacular, unbelievable, stunning, miraculous.
Mcr is a band i have loved since they came onto scene. Now MCR is my daughter's favorite band. She has every vinyl they have out, knows every word to every song they have. They need to be played more on Radio. Absolutely my favorite show!
this concert was absolutely amazing. i had such a great time and i'll never forget it. an amazing performance, some great songs on the b stage, just absolutely hands down wonderful all around.
I had a great time seeing MCR for the first time live. I didn't get the best seats because I couldn't afford nicer ones, but I still got a great experience nonetheless.
This was an awesome concert. Love MCR they put on an amazing show
This was the third time my daughter and I have seen MCR, and we have been geeked up since I stood out in the freezing Philly weather for four hours back in November to buy tickets from the venue, only to be told they were online only. I had never seen Alice Cooper live but have been a fan for decades. He was every bit the showman I have always heard he was, and I was thrilled when he performed all of my favorites of his complete with the theatrics he is known for. My Chemical Romance was just phenomenal! Their energy filled up every molecule of the stadium, and seeing them perform not only every song from The Black Parade, but so many other songs too, with the storyline, effects, and pyrotechnics.... I am still riding high on the dopamine rush three days later. If you are on the fence about going to this show.... DO IT!!!!!!!
It was fantastic. I loved all the theatrics and the story behind the tour. They all had so much energy and you could tell how much love and work they put into creating the show. Just the black parade section by itself was worth it and it was even more amazing that they played other songs in the second half. One of my favorite experiences ever and I doubt I’m going to go to another concert that beats it (unless it’s another MCR show).
Title speaks for itself. If you have the opportunity to see the black parade, do it
Absolutely amazing concert! My Chem turned the Black Parade into an incredible theatrical performance. So many dramatized parallels to what’s happening in today’s world. The lights and pyrotechnics were phenomenal. Of course, My Chem rocked!! After performing the entirety of the Black Parade they came out to the B stage. There they played an amazing set of their songs in a more intimate setting. Philly was treated to Bury Me in Black, Heaven Help Us, Give em Hell, and Foundations!!!! I would love to see this performance again. The boys from New Jersey done good!
Had a great time, first time seeing MCR and they really killed the night.
i think i died and came back to life all in the same night (like they did). mcr i owe you my life
We have seen MCR 3 times now. Every show is better than the last!
I mean there’s no words for what MCR achieved here. The theatrics of it all were amazing, every person on staff were on point from the performers on stage to the cameramen. Was really just an amazing experience and unbelievable to get to see.
This was such an amazing theatrical revisiting to the black parade. I loved the added performative elements and story. The second set with some of their older songs and B sides was a treat!!
MCR gave an amazing performance and made it very interesting and relevant for today’s political climate. I liked how they separated the Black Parade and greatest hits segments. My kid was screaming with excitement throughout the whole concert and all the MCR fans brought the same great energy.
