The Motor Home Madness was great family fun!! I want to go every year. The announcer is fabulous and kept the crowd entertained as fairgoers found their seats. The use of Fireman and Policeman added to the community feel of the event. Can't imagine anyone who wouldn't enjoy the Demolition Derby!
We are definitely going again next year. The youtube videos don't do this event justice. I was crying my eyes out laughing. Such a good time.
This could have easily been a 5 star review. This was my first derby and while the races were going on it was hysterical and a blast. The disappointing aspect was how short this was. There were 2 small races and the 1 motorhome one. For the $20 ticket this was over before you knew it. Maybe I’ll just do the free admission next time. :(.
The demo derby only had 1 heat of trucks. It started and was over within 20 minutes. Normally there is at least 3 heats. Plus, the crowd getting in was out of control. Make sure you get there 2 hours before to park and not have to be sprinting through the crowds just to try and make it.
Last's year's Motorhome Demo Derby was a blast. Lots of action, Debris everywhere. So I was really excited for this year's event. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Not much action at all. Very little destruction. Most of the RV's broke down or got stuck in the mud before any major damage could be done. One backed up too far early in the event and got stuck on one of the K-rails and couldn't continue. It had the potential to be a lot of fun but it just didn't happen this time. I will still go next year, though, and recommend this event!
Our family has been attending Motorhome Madness for the past 5 years. Its, the best part of the fair! This year was not nearly as exciting.
all I saw was six motorhomes that did not move, they all sat around in different corners either spinning wheels or unable to start. Next time I suggest you let folks who can drive those things and are not afraid like in past demo derbies. One guy perched his motorhome on a k rail and spent the entire 15 minutes spinning his wheels. It looked like a bunch of old women driving Maybe put tire chains on them so they will move
I attend this event year after year because it’s SO MUCH FUN! If you’ve never been, you need to try this event. Fun for kids & adults.
It was an awesome event. Accompanied by a Demo Derby virgin. She really enjoyed it.
Event overall is a figure-8 derby with 7 cars. Then 10-15 of music and ground prep. Then it was 5 RVs doing derby for about 10 min. Then it's over. It's a blast to watch... but really not much to see. I've been to several other demo derby events and there are multiple heats / races.

not worth the $20 price for the time spent there. It only last 30 minutes total. I can see may $7.50 to $10 a max for the ticket price.
Wished it lasted longer and had a bigger arena. it was good but not amazing
NOT worth the money...$84 for 4 people...they were out there 30 minutes, total! Save your money!
This was so unbelievably fun. The whole family had a great time and it non-stop fun action. I cannot wait to go again. I only wish they had a second show after because it was so great--we didn't want it to end!
The Motorhome Demonlition Derby is a great idea and concept. However, the drivers need to do a better job in creating faster speeds for better demolition. First, they need to space themselves further apart and go faster. Also, the ground crew watered and soaked the dirt way too much, as the tires did too much spinning and couldn't get good traction and speed in this very small arena.
Spent 90 minutes trying to park, couldn't get in. How do I get my money back?
The event started with a figure 8 destruction derby. That was fun too, though it was a little hard to see through all the dust. They watered everything down before the Motor Home Madness started. It's hard to believe how easily they can fall apart. There wasn't much left at the end, there were pieces of motor home everywhere. Definitely a fun time. This was my fourth time and I'll be going next year too.
THIS WAS SUCH FUN. i DID NOT LIKE THAT THE FIGURE 8 DID NOT GET THE WATER DOWN. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG THAT WE COULDN'T EVEN SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, SO MUCH DUST AND DIRT FLYING INTO OUR EYES AND MOUTHS AND ALL. I love FIGURE 8 RACES AND SO THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING THAT I COULDN'T SEE MORE. THE DEMOLITION DERBY WAS FUN TO WATCH. I THINK THEY NEED TO BRING THIS TO OUR AREA A LOT MORE THAN THEY DO.
Motor home demolition derby was hilarious. Our family enjoyed every minute! First time to see this event and we are going to make it an annual night out!!
