  • Another Amazing Event

by RomanV on 4/25/18Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

COTA has produced Another Amazing Event. We frequent COTA for Formula 1, Pirelli World Challenge and too many concert to name here. You can expect us at MOTO GP 2019. Special THANKS to COTA for making a place for Military Veterans, providing a discount and being welcoming. The CR Tent is appreciated during Formula 1. Again, many many thanks COTA, RomanV

  • Race Weekend

Disable parking is a bit far, and not enough carts to take you then to where you want to be. All the staff was helpful, did not always know the locations but they tried. Toilets were usable, but could have had a quick clean half day. There is plenty food and drinks, at a premium price. I think they should allow you to bring in 2 bottles of water each. General Admission is a good ticket.

    I came!!! I saw!!! I had a HELL of a good TIME!!!!!!!!

  • by Emmagwen46 on 5/7/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

The only problem I had was Ducati island. The music needs to stop during the practices, qualifying, AND MOST OF ALL THE RACE!!! You can't hear the commentators while sitting at turn 19 because of Ducati island. The people come to the practices, the qualifying, and the racing NOT the music of Ducati island.

  • Thrilling!!

by GGOATI on 5/3/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

My group of 4 had a great time at the races. Since we rode our bikes, we had great parking, traffic wasn't too bad and our seats on turn 15 were excellent. The races themselves were truly "AWESOME". Exhilarating. Incredible skill and excitement. Loved all of it. Except -- the concessions during "prime time". Lines too long and area way too congested. Need to make some improvements, on that. Otherwise, most enjoyable event!

  • Found the best seats!

by anjthrasher on 4/27/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

We bought a 3 day turn 15 grandstand seats as well as paddock passes. We sat in our purchased seats once. They were great but exploring the grounds for three days let us know that a general admin ticket is what we will get next time. There are SO many great grass seats!! Turn 1 was our favorite! We sat at turn 1, 18/19, 7/8, 10/11, 15 (which was 10-15) Paddock passes are great if you're spending more than 1 day. Everyone should experience the paddocks at least once. Sometimes you have to stand & wait but we got 4 or 5 autographs....one being Alex Marquez. Got to see Vinales, Lorenzo & Zarco. You won't see Rossi unless you have special VIP passes to meet him. I didn't meet one person who saw him UNLESS you are at the autograph signing & are first in line. It's like a mosh pit. Those up front get autographs. You're up against a gate/fence & the guys walk the fence to sign. So we just stood back & took pics. Got some good ones there! Parking. We paid for Lot F because it was close to our grandstand seats. Shuttles pick you up & drop you off. Really didn't have to walk much. But on race day it was packed! We knew we were sitting at turn 1 that day so we paid $30 for off road parking right before you turn into COTA. Best decision. That day it took us less time to & from track & car. Also took less than 5 min to get out. I wouldn't suggest doing that though unless you are just going for that one day. It was a great first motogp experience. COTA is beautiful! Clean. Great food. Great employees. I can't say enough about our experience!

  • I wish I could live at the track!!!

A wonderful experience that I plan on repeating annually. All of the staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond in their jobs. The track is BEAUTIFUL ! Like I said, if I could live it the track I would never need to leave.

  • Fun

by kenske on 4/26/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 4 out of 5

This is a great event, it was fun even for my girlfriend who isn't a very big fan of motor sports. I've been to MotoGP a few times now, always got tickets for turn 15. This year I got tickets for turn 1. It was good, but next year I'll go back to turn 15.

  • MotoGP for the WIN

by Nadles on 4/26/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

If you love motor racing this is for YOU! There is nothing like watching moto legends such as Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez hash it out on track. As much as I'm a Rossi fan, all the MotoGP riders are of the best quality you will ever see.

  • Texas Style

by CharlieDee on 4/26/17Circuit of The Americas - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

The entire three-day event was just great. Racing was outstanding for all three classes of Motor, though the track design limits passing. It was like watching a train most of the time. Events were very well organized. I appreciated the entrance procedures that did not require a body cavity search to get in.

Seats we had were great - Turn 12 Wish they had shaded areas - baby in direct sun all day is not fun and was a challenge to keep him shaded
