Mötley Crüe in Concert

After more than three decades of headbanging, heavy metal bad boys Mötley Crüe announced that 2015’s The Final Tour would be their last ever, giving fans one final opportunity to see Tommy Lee and company in the flesh before the curtain falls for good. The band has always been a revered live act for their showmanship and over-the-top performances, but their 2013 shows were their biggest and fieriest yet, featuring pyrotechnics beyond fans’ wildest dreams – including the late Nikki Sixx’s legendary flamethrower bass. With 72 North American dates in 2014 and international dates to follow, the Crüe are doing it big in true form, burning bright to the very last guitar solo.

Formed in LA in 1981 by guitarist Nikki Six and drummer Tommy Lee, Mötley Crüe was quickly rounded out with the addition of lead guitarist Mick Mars and singer Vince Neil. The band became notorious in the early ‘80s for their glam image and hard partying lifestyle, but it was 1983 sophomore album Shout at the Devil that made them international superstars. 1985’s Theatre of Pain and 1987’s Girls, Girls, Girls would prove even more successful, spawning ‘80s hard rock staples like “Smokin’ in the Boys Room” and “Home Sweet Home.” With 100 million albums sold worldwide, Mötley Crüe endures as one of the greatest heavy metal bands of all time, making their 2014 farewell tour a bittersweet last hurrah for their legions of fans.

Fans Who Bought Tickets Say

“Motley Crue still rules the rock scene after 30+ years of recording and performing. They played songs from virtually all albums and song selection was sure to please any Motley fan.”

“Motley ALWAYS delivers an amazing show. Seeing the Crue doing what they do best in Sin City couldn't have been any better. The pyro was over-the-top amazing.”

“This Motley Crue concert was the best Crue concert ever. The fire and pyros were awesome. They really outdid themselves. They sounded great too.”

Mötley Crüe on Tour

The world's most iconic and celebrated rock legends hit the road in the summer of 2020 for a coheadlining tour so massive that it could only be held in America's biggest stadiums. The Stadium Tour featuring Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe, with Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts hit select cities in the U.S. where each band brings their electrifying stage shows while promising to perform their stadium sized anthems.

Following the huge success of their Netflix biopic "The Dirt," Mötley Crüe has seen a massive surge in new audience with fans around the world demanding the band tour again. This led to the band members reuniting and announcing that "Mötley Crüe is back". While "The Dirt" caused a meteoric 350% increase in streams of Mötley Crüe's music across all platforms and the younger 18-44 demographic now represents 64% of the band's fanbase most of the new fans have never seen any of the band's legendary live shows that Crüeheads have relished for close to four decades. Mötley Crüe is also celebrating the 30th Anniversary of their #1 charting, 7x Platinum album, "Dr. Feelgood" in 2019. Motley Crue

    by TIsgar on 8/25/23

I gave Alice Cooper and Def Leppard a five star rating as they were totally awesome! I had never seen Def Leppard and was blown away! The music from Motley Crue was great but the on stage shenanigans was a bit much, especially since their were under age kids in the audience. They need to grow up.

Look the concert was amazing!!!!..... But the way the stage was set up for bands and audience it was way to hot!!! A tarp would have helped over the sun bowl....other than that the line up of artists were awesome 😎👍

Good show, but difficult to get to the venue

    by Drew on 8/24/23

The bands were great. Def Leppard especially. They sounded just like they did in the 80's. Sound levels were great and clear. The venue, leaves a lot to be desired in regard to vehicle and people traffic management. There was no actual traffic management at the venue. Took us more than 1.5 hours to get from the front of the stadium to parking, then waited in line for security etc, because the doors didn't open early enough. When the show started, most of the attendees were still outside trying to get through security. We ended up missing more than half the opening act because of inadequate venue management. So thanks for that El Paso Sun Bowl Stadium.

    Absolutely amazing

    by Ray on 8/24/23

Changeover from band to band was extremely rapid. The music was amazing. I've listened to Motley crue Alice Cooper and Def Leppard since I was a kid. The only thing that would have made it better is if they'd have played longer I was expecting music until 12 and not 10. I guess I just wanted more. It was just that good.

    Terrible organization

    by Angie on 8/24/23

The venue had a terrible organization. I understand that the majority of the staff were students and that probably there haven’t been any major events since before Covid. However, it was impossible to get in. It took us almost an hour to get in. There were no directions, the staff didn’t know where to guide us. People were passing out and throwing up. The paramedics couldn’t get in to assist, since ambulance weren’t allowed to get near. The people that had floor tickets had to make a line for a bracelet and another one to get in… on the other side from where the bracelets were given of course. Most of the audience missed the Alice Cooper presentation. Once i got in, a man was seating at my seats. He was telling me that his seats had a blocked view and the staff told him to seat whenever there were available seats. Obviously since we weren’t there, he took ours. Then i saw him jumping around several times, until a senior staff open a row for him. In between Def Leppard and Motley Crue’s presentions, it was impossible to be back on time. I spent another hour trying to buy beverages and food. I missed the first 4 songs from Motley Crue. The half of the concert that I was able to see was amazing. It was a great show. Unfortunately, it seems the venue is not ready to handle a show of this measure.

Motley Crue and Def Leppard Concert

    by Mari on 8/23/23

The concert was awesome. All the bands did an amazing performance. I had a lot of fun. The tickets were a little bit to expensive but it was worth it. The price of the drinks and food was to expensive and they gave you a small cup of drink and very little amount of food.

    Disappointed

    by Chiris on 8/23/23

We loved Alice Cooper and Def Leppard. We were disappointed with Mötley Crue. They didn’t look original with those dancers. The music they played for the girls to dance it was not what we expected. 🙁

    Time to retire!

    by Bobbyboy on 8/23/23

When you have to have the speakers so loud in order to mask the music is not a recipe for success or your concert experience. The once playboys of the 80's music scene are now tired and worn out old men. Losing Mick Mars was a blow to the original sounds Motley Crue once had and worse John 5 doesn't fit nor work well as a substitute. And the excuse of not straying from Mick's once incredible guitar playing doesnt hold a candle to his Mick's guitar playing skills. And his gimmicks are ridiculous, flashing teeth and a long patent leather duster with a lit up guitar? Vince is old, fat, and lost his voice for the vocals they once had. Therefore play it louder to cover those long lost vocals of way bygone years. Time for exceptional bands like Def Leppard to part ways with the tag along bands like Motley Crue. Time to cash in and actually quit touring like they did 20 years ago. Time to retire for good. I'll save my money for a better band and a better concert experience.

    Awesome!!!

    by Tony on 8/23/23

Alice Cooper put on a good show. Never really heard his songs until that day. Def Leppard was the bomb!!! Awesome performance, took me back when I was in sixth grade and first saw them. Motley Crue, the music was to loud and really couldn’t hear Vince sing. Left after third song.
