About

Motionless in White are a gothic and horror-themed metalcore band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. After forming in 2005, the group began to break out with the release of their third album, Reincarnate (2014), which charted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and featured artists such as Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth and Tim Skold of Marilyn Manson and KMFDM. Lead vocalist Chris Motionless has noted drawing inspiration from bands like Slipknot, Cradle of Filth and AFI, who helped inspire the sonic soundscape of albums like Graveyard Shift (2017) and Disguise (2019), the latter of which produced the band’s first single to go gold, “Another Life.” Motionless in White have released two EPs and six studio albums, including 2022’s critically acclaimed Scoring the End of the World — embarking on sold-out tours with everyone from Korn to Slipknot.

  • Wild

by AJW on 1/26/20The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

My experience was great! The opening bands were cool. I keep listening to stick to your guns after seeing them. As for MIW, their set was great as always. Lighting and smoke were sick. Wish the sound was a little louder as I couldn't feel it in my chest. I had so much fun. I was jumping around so much I was sore the next couple of days. Overall, the show was MINT! Thank you!

  • Absolutely Outstanding

by John on 1/26/20The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

The whole show was amazing. I’ve seen Motionless In White multiple times and they never fail. They always give their all and more. They were interactive with the crowd entirely, no place wasn’t recognized by the band. Highly recommend everyone to go see them.

  • The mosh pit to rule them all

by Darkness on 1/26/20The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Was absolutely amazing, the energy was there and never left. Chris motionless is getting better and better with age. The fact that it was a hometown venue made it all the better. Absolutely fantastic.

  • Great time in NYC! (Diseased & Disguised Tour)

by Brandon on 1/24/20Rating: 5 out of 5

Saw them at webster hall, the concert was great - high energy, crazy mosh pit, Chris was amazing! At one point in the night, Chris stopped the show to grab a bottle of water for someone in the audience who was having problems. The music was great, they played their new stuff and some old ones. Overall I had a great time and can't wait to see them again!

  • Great concert!

by Emorine on 1/12/20House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 4 out of 5

The only problem with the night was a few inconsiderate people in the crowd going back and forth with beer and who kept vaping inside. Other than them, the night was a blast! It was so much fun, everyone was so into it, and it was an amazing first metal concert 🤘🏻

  • Voices in my head

by HeavyMetalLifer on 1/12/20House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

The venue parking structure was easy to access and easy to exit. Easy to validate using electronic machines inside HOB. Paying at kiosk easy using credit card. The venue itself had several bars all fully stocked. The merchandise booth for all artists was easy to access. Pay by cash or credit. Restrooms were clean and stocked. The auditorium was big and spacious offering plenty of standing room for general admission. Even with the crowd surfing and mosh pits people could still stand safely away from the action on the floor. The sound quality was outstanding. My ears suffered mild ringing after the show. The stage presence was good.

  • Amazing

by C. W. on 1/12/20House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

First sold out show I've been to at the House of Blues. The venue is so small it made it really hard to find standing room, and then you add alcoholic to people's rudeness. I'm surprised no fights broke out. The bands were amazing though!! Beartooth killed it and Motionless wrapped up strong!!

  • Great bands except for stick to your guns

by Clutch on 1/12/20House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 4 out of 5

I’ve been a fan of all of these vans for quite some time. Until stick to your guns came out being political talking against a sitting president. You can have your opinions and you don’t have to agree with everybody but don’t spelt your verbal diarrhea that other people did not come to here. I did not go to concerts to be lectured to about a president whether it be Trump Obama or any other president. I go to have fun and let loose and have a good time. Maybe they should think about that next time because they’ve lost a fan forever. It’s not if I support trump or not it’s a fact that I didn’t go to a concert in order to be lectured to about a president and politics

  • Great time

  • 10/10 will see again

by Kitty on 1/12/20House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

I loved every song. that i could sing along to every song. Was hoping to hear America but its ok. Loved that the last song was eternally yours and that he passed out roses while singing.

  • They could never disappoint.

by ericaxfiend on 11/6/19Old National Centre - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I've been to 7 MIW shows now and I have loved every single one of them. I never feel like I see the same show, they always change up the set list and the energy is amazing. I also love seeing the members interact. Can't wait for the next one!
