About

Motionless in White are a gothic and horror-themed metalcore band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. After forming in 2005, the group began to break out with the release of their third album, Reincarnate (2014), which charted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and featured artists such as Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth and Tim Skold of Marilyn Manson and KMFDM. Lead vocalist Chris Motionless has noted drawing inspiration from bands like Slipknot, Cradle of Filth and AFI, who helped inspire the sonic soundscape of albums like Graveyard Shift (2017) and Disguise (2019), the latter of which produced the band’s first single to go gold, “Another Life.” Motionless in White have released two EPs and six studio albums, including 2022’s critically acclaimed Scoring the End of the World — embarking on sold-out tours with everyone from Korn to Slipknot.

by Jmd311 on 4/10/22UPMC Events Center - Moon TownshipRating: 5 out of 5

Chris always knows how to put on a show. Ricky is the sweetest little human to watch perform. Vin is always killing the drums. And ryan is great too! Justin had to end the tour early because he is a dad now! But seriously, catch a MIW show. You won’t regret it, I promise!

  • Nice

by Nikki on 3/29/22Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden CityRating: 4 out of 5

It was everything my family and I could hope for. The bands were awesome to see, staff were kind and helpful. It was just way too hot in the building. We couldn't stay to get all our money worth, because we kept getting dizzy due to the heat. That's the only downside, poor heat management

  • Amazing Show! Venue needs some work......

by Fil on 3/28/22Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden CityRating: 5 out of 5

I saw Motionless in White in the Trinity of Terror Tour with Ice Nine Kills and Black Veil Brides and man, what a show! These guys all brought it and put on an amazing performance! The show was sold out and my only complaint is the Revolution Concert House venue has a long way to go to improve the quality of the experience. They NEVER turn the air conditioning on even in the middle of august. The place is always a stifling sweat box because the owner is too cheap to turn on the A/C. The drink lines are always ridiculously long because he's also too cheap to hire sufficient staff and make an efficient order/payment process. He's also missing out on liquor sales because of this.

  • One of the best concerts I’ve been to

    by Z. O. on 3/28/22Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden CityRating: 5 out of 5

Black Veil and Motionless were both amazing. Literally the entire crowd knew the words to all of Motionless songs and it was as if he didn’t even need to sing. It was such a cool experience.

by Stewie on 3/27/22Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden CityRating: 5 out of 5

It was my 2nd ever rock concert and honestly was fantastic, I loved it so much and was so happy to see my favorite bands. They killed it by far and made it one of the greatest experience I will possibly ever have until next time.

  • Overall pretty fun

by Ace1ntheh0le on 3/27/22Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden CityRating: 4 out of 5

Overall it was a good show. There was some kind of issue with the black veil brides sound equipment because I couldn’t hear majority of their songs. The venue unfortunately ran out of water and was extremely hot. On the bright side ice nine kills and motionless in white killed it!

  • Excellent performances
