They admitted they they weren't prepared and that items and people weren't there. Had a single row of jumps in the center of the arena and everything else was concrete. Said the rest of the quads were in a trailer and involved in a wreck and were trying to get there. If that were true they would have been there for the later show. And the later show was more set up.
First there is very little signage on where to go for the event. The only ticket office sells ticket but no signage to the event center. I see people going to the elevator for the event but it’s actually next door! The area is too small, dust is all over the area and food choices is mediocre as usual. We left the show after 20min of watching trucks do donuts!!!! What is a 25yard race??? Not planning to attend another event at that place. Boring and not worth the money spent.
Trucks broke down, dirt contractors were no show, trailer with quads got in a wreck on the way to the show.
This venue is too small for a monster truck anything. 5 trucks, who for the most part, looked like they were afraid of scratching their ride. One driver was having fun. There was no room for them to do much anyway without having to stop and do a 3 point turn.
It was so boring I can see ordinary trucks our the road for free
We paid to see monster trucks. We seen more cars going around in circles than monster trucks. We paid 177.00 to come see monster trucks and out of 2.5 hours there might have been 30min that the monster trucks did anything. Very disappointed.
Enjoyed the evening with the grandbabies. Will try to go back, was sold out so buy early
Nothing like when I use to go as a child barley ran the monster trucks
The monster truck program was very entertaining. My grandsons, son, and I enjoyed it. I will say that I was surprised that an $89 package of four tickets resulted in $138 total cost through Ticketmaster. Had I known that another $49 would be added to the ticket price, I probably would have not made the purchase.
The drivers were all very friendly for the pit party and our grandkids absolutely loved that. The show was even more awesome than what we expected and the two kids (ages 2 & 3) never took theirs eyes off the shoe and never got bored so that's a huge plus.
Decent show. Salem Civic Center is way too small for this event. Only 5 Monster trucks were there. Too much local trucks, and not enough of the big boys.
The show was awesome and we had a blast!! We will definitely be going to another show when they come back. Our daughter loved it.
I took my grandson to see monster trucks for the first time and he will never forget it!!
My 8 year old daughter loved the show I just really didn’t care for it being in a building due to the smell but other then that we enjoyed our self’s so that’s why I have a 4 star ⭐️
I thought the Monster truck show was good but I was disappointed that the Monster trucks did not perform more than they did. I thought more time was spent on other trucks and cars coming out instead of them. Also, we rode the Monster truck at the end, I think $20 a ticket is too much to pay especially for a kid and the ride was not all that long. It was fun and my nephew and his friend loved it but a steep price for each person for a short ride. And, when we left from the ride, we had to go back up the way we came down against the people waiting in line. You need to have a better exit than going back up the way you came down.

Monster trucks as a whole are cool, but the show was not great. Cool yes, great, no... However. Both of my kids LOVED it. which is why theres 4 stars and not 3. there was 2 "contests"for the monster trucks, which, as a viewer only, I didn't understand the rating, so who i thought would have "won"didn't and so it was confusing. There was a 17 year old that did really really dangerous (which in monster trucks, is cool) tricks, and that did cause him to win one of the contests. but the other one, i didn't understand at all. so maybe have the explained better what that contest would be. they had a decimeter (applause meter thing) that didn't seem like it was all that accurate. for the first 3 trucks it seemed like on both times it was "used"they had the same ratings. which did not seem accurate even a little. then, there was an odd racing against the clock with "regular"cars/trucks which seemed more entertaining than the main event - which.. was odd. but that was almost better than the monster trucks. maybe, on future events, do the funner stuff first, then the cool stuff. overall, a great time and we would for sure do it again. better for the kids than the adults i suppose
terrible i buy 2/ family foyr pack tickets even though i only needed 7 tickets! add said meet put crew ride in truck( i had to pay extra $20 a person) which several people werw confused as i was. waited inline fir 45 minutes to ride as the ticket said NON REFUTABLE ! then it was shut down to start the show- intermission waited inline again - no luck $140 to ride $249 tickets and another $100 in concession food & drinks im a grandmother of 23 thus was my first time at the crown with my 11 yr olds birthday what a disappointment false advertising ride in truck short show for the $
The actual event was fun. Just the right length of time. A little boring between actions. Super loud!!! However, we had purchased pit crew and it did not come with a report time. We didn’t know until it was too late that we were supposed to come 1.5 hours early… we thought it was after… sad…
Very good show ,but at least one headliner such as Toro Loco, Grave Digger.
