I was expecting more… I feel like the one they have at state fairgrounds are not only CHEAPER but better as well.

  • Great entertainment!

by Great entertainment! on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic experience, lots of action and the perfect amount of time. Only complaint was the price of parking ($40) but not sure that is controlled by the event.

  • Great Monster Jam Experience

by Snow on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

This was our first time at a monster Jam event and the kids absolutely loved it. The drivers and the motocross really put on a show. One thing I would change for future monster jam shows in Edmonton would be the venue. Rogers place is a beautiful arena but it’s just too small to have something like monster jam held. The drivers couldn’t really open it up due to lack of track. Again, I have to give the drivers props though as they made the most of what little space they had. In the end the kids really enjoyed it and that’s all they talked about on the way home.

  • Trucks were great, venue was WAY too small!

by Rossberry on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

The trucks, drivers and Monster Jam as a company was great. They put on an awesome show even though they were very limited on space. The venue was far to small for the size of these trucks! They had very limited space to move around and could barely make a full turn. The trucks were almost bumping into each other causing them to have to stop and back up. A larger venue would make the show much better and safer for the drivers.

  • my time back

by Tony on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

Waste of time. Track extreamly Small for those cars. Give me my two hours back.

  • Lame and Boring

by Ryan Hoover on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

It was pathetic when the Caterpillar driver who repairs the track and motocross bikes out performed the monster trucks. Not one donut was done at the show I attended…… They have lost something, it’s too commercialized… Watch it at home and save t”your money!

  • Awesome Experience

    by Chuck-N-Ky on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

This was a great experience Can’t wait to come back when y’all return.

  • St Paul

by Ladys on 7/16/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 2 out of 5

Venue too small. They had not room to do anything. Also the show was only 2 hours and 20 minutes of that was break time then you had the time for motorcycles.

  • Monster trucks event

by Eva Enci on 7/16/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 3 out of 5

I noticed they had new different people driving the trucks. The truck we normally liked was driven by a different driver and had an accident right away as soon the show started not counting the other 2 trucks and the motorcycle. The show was very poor nit enough excitement. Also, the place where the event was, wasn't big enough. Seemed to be very small place for huge trucks.

  • Cramped

by Kassie on 7/16/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 4 out of 5

My daughter had the best time at monster jam for the first time. She continues to ask if we’re going back to watch monster trucks. However as an adult, when I bought the tickets the location was us bank stadium. Moving to Xcel, the space for the trucks was much smaller. It was a little disappointing, the trucks were restricted on what they were able to do.

  • Lacking in excitement

by Jesse Horoshak on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 1 out of 5

The venue was too small and the drivers weren’t able to really show what they could do on a too small and boring course. I won’t make the mistake of going to monster jam at a small venue again. They charged the same price as the big stadium show, brought less trucks, and provided less entertainment. As an aside, the fact that only one of the eight trucks even attempted a back flip is also very disappointing. This felt like a cash grab.

  • Lame

by Kimmy on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 1 out of 5

Monster jam really is lame. It use to be worth the money you spent on it. Now it's just the trucks going in a circle. Couple of the trucks did a few cool tricks, but other than that, not worth the money.

  • So much fun!

by Justamama on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 4 out of 5

Overall the experience was great. We had great seats. I know this was the first year at the Xcel Center and you could tell they were holding back due to the small space. Our family had a great time!

  • FUN

by Slick Rick on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

Any time you can see grave digger do a flip fun fun fun

  • Fun for the kids - but maybe a bit small

by Helene on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 4 out of 5

The action was great, but it seemed like the arena was a bit small as the monster trucks kept doing small jumps and immediately turning around. Also meant the trick section was just two tricks that everyone did. Mostly failed as well. Still great fun for the boys, but thank goodness for the back flip from grave digger.

  • Awesome time!!

by Pamela on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

Not your typical monster jam show because of the size of the arena. But it was great nonetheless. There’s not a bad seat in the house. Great for kids. Parking was easy. And you don’t have to climb endless stairs to get to your seat. I would definitely see monster jam again in this arena in Saint Paul!!

  • Small.

by Pupz on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 1 out of 5

Machines were great. Sounds were great. Absolute awful arena for these trucks. No space for Cyclones or Donuts or real two wheel stuff. Expand this place or stop hosting it here. Awful. Will not return.

  • Better in a bigger arena

by Economist Guy on 7/15/25Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 3 out of 5

My son and I have been going to Monster Jam for years, and it's always a good time. But we have been used to seeing it at US Bank Stadium (that is, a football stadium) rather than in Excel Center (a hockey/basketball arena). It's just a lot harder for the trucks to zoom around in the much smaller space. The jumps get smaller. There is less for the drivers to try. On this particular evenig, my son commented that the drivers seemed to be playing it safe, and not trying anything wild that might end up wih them turning on their side or rolling over. In the freestyle, for example, only one driver even tried a backflip. Again, Monster Jam is always a good time. But in the smaller arena, it's only an OK time.

  • Orchestrated Chaos

by Grandpa W on 6/14/25Moody Center ATX - AustinRating: 3 out of 5

The Monster Jam event was interesting with monster trucks having individual races against the clock, acrobatic maneuvers and third part we didn’t see. The pre-event was fun to get up close to the trucks and stand on race track. It was unfortunate our parking started half an hour after pre-event started and long entrance lines for pre-event, which caused us to miss 2/3rd of the pre-event and unable to meet drivers.

  • small place

by munstajamz on 6/11/25Moody Center ATX - AustinRating: 3 out of 5

1st time seeing monster jam with my toddler, we’ve seen the Hotwheels monster truck Glow party, that one had a much bigger venue, so they were able to do many more stunt and races, for kids it was worth it. ive seen shows on youtube, and the venues were soooo much bigger, the sounds and crowd were fun. will go again for sure if beforehand i search the venue size.
