  • Arena too small for trucks

by Jason on 7/30/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 3 out of 5

Venue too small for the trucks to live up to their potential

  • Kinda meh

by Alec on 7/30/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 2 out of 5

Full disclosure, I'm not really into monster trucks nor am I a gearhead of any sort. Also, I was really only there to see my 3 & 4 year old sons have a good time, which they did. So, from that perspective it was a success although I will note their favorite part were the motorcycles. Given the aforementioned qualifiers and at the risk of being the complainy reviewer I'll give you a critique from my perspective. I thought it left a lot to be desired. I thought it was slow paced, there doesn't seem to be a lot of ideas for the trucks in that space and I didn't feel that impressed with anything they did. I didn't appreciate the cash grabs via the kid contests/trivia at the host's desk where she gave away model trucks as prizes. Super obvious you were trying to get every kid to beg their parents for that toy which my kids did and I confidently denied. At the end of the day it served its purpose of getting my kids out of the house and putting a smile on their faces which is probably all that matters. But, since you asked, that's how I feel.

  • Too SMALL

by Grave digger on 7/30/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 2 out of 5

good stafium facilities but the event even been mainly directed to kids, the arena for the size and space that monster trucks need, was extremely small leaving no room for anything, including the 4 sides screen above where the trucks were supposed to jump. I think there are bigger stadiums in Edmonton for an exiting monster trucks tricks and jumps.

  • Not worth the money

by Jody on 7/30/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 2 out of 5

I felt like this event wasn't that exciting. Most of it was just driving over ramps. The parking for the event was $40 which is quite steep. Also any drink was $6+ even bottled water. My 6 yo son just complained about how loud it was (he was wearing headphones) I think he was expecting more exciting stunts from the trucks. A lot of the event was just fillers to kill time.

  • Fun event, wrong venue

by Daniel on 7/30/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

Had a blast with my little dude, but he was pretty sad not much happened. Just not big enough for Monster Jam.

  • TRUCKtastic!

    by Wyn23 on 7/30/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 4 out of 5

Bought tickets for our 4y/o. He was lost for words! Best seat in the stadium and the energy was fantastic! Wish there were more cars but I guess the stadium couldn't accommodate more. It's definitely an experience and a core memory I hope our son will remember!

  • Boring, not enough action

by Bangarang on 7/30/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 2 out of 5

This was our first Monster Jam, and it was quite boring. Too much down time in between events. The kids dont care about all the interviews and watching other kids win prizes. The value foe the money spent for tickets was not worth it.

  • Not what I expected, I think its just for little kids now

by Person on 7/30/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 1 out of 5

I found the experience very underwhelming. The TV ads for this looked so intense. They would do crazy moves and flips and crush cars and all these amazing stunts. Unfortunately now its very limited. There was no flips or crushing. Just one hill of dirt in the middle that they would drive over and do one trick where they balance the car on the front two wheels. The most exciting part was the dirtbike interlude. Overall quite disappointing. Maybe just bring small children under 7.

  • So much Fun!

by Tarheelsbeth on 7/30/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

My first time at Monster Jam was a blast! I’m a 60 something granny and my husband and I took our 8 year old grandson for a special night. They had both been before but it was my initial experience! I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did!! The drivers were all show offs and I loved the excitement! Please wear hearing protection!! I would definitely go again. We love Gravedigger and Bailey Circuit!!

  • Enjoyed it but not overwhelming

by Momma of Minions on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 3 out of 5

It was hotter inside the venue than expected, and some of the trucks emitted an overwhelming exhaust smell. It didn’t seem like there was enough space to allow the drivers to have variety in their trucks, including the motor cross portion. For a two hour show, there seemed to be a lot of downtime. The best part was the debut of Bailey Circuit, and seeing the driver be the only one to successfully nail a backflip!

  • Not what I expected

by Rb on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 1 out of 5

I attended Monster Jam with my 4yr old son and expected what I Monster Jam shows on atV which is smashing car, big junps, doing wheelies and other tricks. What my son and I saw was 8 truck driving around circles and doing the same jump over and over for the whole 2hr show. It’s cool seeing the trucks and the sound but other than that the whole show was lame and boring. Never again

  • Good, but far from great.

by PK Speedway on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 2 out of 5

The performers were incredible as always. Good selection of trucks. The venue though…..terrible choice for Monster Jam. One little dirt mound, little space to do anything. I would not pay to see a show like this again in a stadium that size. Had I been to Roger’s stadium before, I would not have booked these tickets. It was if every driver had to harness their skills to fit into that little stadium. Every spectator had to suppress their excitement, anticipations, and desires to feel a sense of satisfaction after watching the show in that stadium.

  • No light up wands

by Jeff on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

I preordered light up wands and there were none on site. Grandchildren were very disappointed

  • Everything was great

by Barbara on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first monster jam. I went with my 4 grand boys and it was wonderful. I wouldn’t change a thing.

  • Great Time !!

by Lex on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

My children enjoyed it and the show was very interactive with the crowd! It was extremely loud indoors so I suggest getting your children noise blocking headphones.

  • Boring and waste of money

by Rjarvi on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

We have been attending Monster Jam for 8 yrs in a row at this arena. This year was the worst show with only 2 main characters and everyone else were off branded vehicles. The show was so boring with short stunts (if any) that people began exiting in the masses before the show was over. I even passed another attendee who mentioned how terrible the show was. Waste of $200 this yr. Entertainment factor was a 1 out of 10. Vet and have standards for the show before charging people.

  • Terribly small venue for a monster jam

by JimJam on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

Waste of time and money. Just generally not good. There was one pile of dirt in the middle of the arena and that’s it. How they got the one backflip I don’t even know but it wasn’t enough space for the trucks to really open up and do anything crazy. Very disappointing.

  • Amazing Experience All Around

by ProjectJinx on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Great show, the pit party was lots of fun, and the after party even better. Only thing that would make it better is if they sold tank tops for women as t-shirts are uncomfortable for people with larger chests.

  • Too small and boring

by Sam on 7/29/25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 1 out of 5

Rogers is too small to host this. The kids were so bored it was nothing like the advertising shows with big jumps and more trucks. We left early cause the kids were bored. Not worth the money at all. Will not go back to work this event Roger’s.

  • Not pleased

by Ashley on 7/29/25Lenovo Center - RaleighRating: 1 out of 5

This is our second year going and will not go back. Everyone does the same 2 tricks. We came to the first show of the weekend this time around due to last year some of the trucks messing up one their first appearance. This year, I feel as if their 1st show they tried to keep it easy and be careful not to "hurt"the truck. Does not keep little ones entertained due to this. If you want to see trucks go around in circles and do wheelies, go. If you don't, save your money! Over priced and parking is $40 extra.
