Monster Jam is a fun event for people of all ages. At most venues, children two and under can attend for free as long as they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, some venues may require all guests to be ticketed regardless of age. Children aged two and up require tickets for all events, including Early Access, Pit Party, VIP Experiences and post-event experiences.
Please contact your local venue to confirm their specific policy.
Ear protection is recommended for children and adults. Monster Jam concessions sell Monster Jam-branded novelty ear protection and disposable ear plugs while supplies last. You are allowed to bring your own ear protection.
Additionally, it’s important to note that some Monster Jam events can use pyrotechnics before, during and at the conclusion of the event.
The Monster Jam Post-Show Meet and Greet* offers an exclusive opportunity to meet with the drivers shortly after the event. You can take photos, get autographs, mingle in a private space and ask your biggest Monster Jam questions. You’ll also receive an official Monster Jam souvenir 3′ x 5′ checkered flag perfect for autographs.
*The Post-Show Meet and Greet Pass is a separate experience that can be purchased while buying your Monster Jam tickets or, if you already have Monster Jam tickets, you can purchase a meet-and-greet pass separately online. Space is limited and subject to availability.

Bon secours is an incredibly small venue to host a monster jam event, but I appreciate that they at least are willing to have it. I think it's its own challenge for the drivers to try to pull off any stunts there, but it's still very enjoyable and we (including my toddler son) enjoyed it. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the confusing bag policy at bon secours. They have signs posted at the doors (you don't see them until after you've parked in the parking garage and have walked 1/2 a mile) about what is allowed and not allowed. While backpacks are supposedly not allowed unless they are clear, it wasn't until after the event (and of course after I had walked back to the car to return my diaper bag) that they are indeed are allowed. I saw various people with backpacks/diaper bags that were not clear. I'm not sure how they were allowed despite the signs.
I was SUPER excited for this event just for it to be a disappointment. It was no part of Monster Jams fault really, but the arena was way too small. The motorbike riders complained about the arena being so small that they could barely perform anything. If it is too small for a motorbike then imagine monster trucks. When the monster trucks would “race” it was not even side by side like a typical race due to no space. This event was a big disappointment just because the arena. Lots of people including us left early because it just was not worth the $200+ tickets for my spouse & I. They done more talking & doing the “wave” than anything to kill time & make the event last longer due to all of the drivers not having enough room to perform anything. Definitely will not return to monster jam at this arena. Maybe I will try another location in the future.
Went to the pit party and met the drivers. My 5yo has now been to multiple monster truck shows. I definitely will continue to go
I grew up with Monster Trucks; I've always watched Monster Jam at any opportunity I had. I've always wanted to go to a MJ show but never had the capacity to do so due to the areas where I lived. Moving to upstate NY gave me more opportunities to see MJ... and I finally took the time to book tickets for this show in Syracuse on 4/6. When my daughter arrived, one of the first things I wanted to do when she became a bit bigger was share Monster Trucks with her. She's 2.5 now, so perceptive of everything around her, and she loves Monster Trucks now! Syracuse's JMA Wireless Dome was the perfect venue for her first MJ show. Not too far of a drive from home, but just long enough to get her excited and ready to cheer on Grave Digger. Parking via the pre-paid pass was a great decision, didn't take long to get a spot and we knew exactly where we were. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and were just as excited as we were to see the trucks. We sat in Section 101; perfect view of the track layout. My daughter was intrigued from the very beginning and she ended up cheering/clapping/yelling and having fun with the rest of us the whole event. She loved the Power Rush [even though it made her jumpy at first], adored racing, was astounded with two-wheel skills, and let loose with Freestyle. When the show was over, she wanted more... safe to say, we'll be back for another round! Thanks for the great show - it was everything I hoped it would be, and everything I remembered from the TV events. :) Monster Trucks forever!
I took my family to see monster jam at bon secure wellness arena. Tickets were reasonable however the snacks etc at venue was ridiculous. A bag of cotton candy was $20, icee was $25 which was just ice very little flavor, bag of popcorn $15 and beer $15. I understand vendors have to make money but geez that is ridiculous they make that much profit from customers. I will go see monster jam again just will not purchase anything from vendors anymore. No cotton candy is worth hour of hard work that's a fact.
My son and husband had A fantastic first time experience. It was my third or fourth…. However I really wish they still did the car crunching. It would have been so cool.
I wasn’t allowed to film the event and I don’t believe that is fair considering I paid a lot for the tickets and drove a long ways to see it. I got pictures with all the drivers but it doesn’t make sense that I couldn’t keep a keepsake of my experience by filming some of the show with my phone.
Bought a parking pass, could not find the lot, even with GPS!!! Had to pay 2nd time to park. MJ apparel, 6 shirts to choose from. 1/24 tucks, $35!!!! Can buy at Walmart for $10 !!!!!
It was so loud, entertaining and excellent length of time for the show! First time and would definitely do again!!! My son is 8 and said it was a dream come true! Please please try and come to Buffalo, NY
The arena was smaller than I expected due to the advertising I saw regarding the event. Which I felt limited what the monster trucks could do. However, I wasn't there so much because I liked the trucks. I was there with my grandson who had never seen them live before. He did really enjoy the show,
There was not a lot of space for the Monster Trucks to move to preform.
My kids and I loved the show we all had a great time!!! Definitely would go again!!
There was too much “downtime” for kids…..music, featuring people in the crowd dancing while there were breaks would have been great vs all the commentary. Other fun activities would have been better too, raffles, t shirt cannon, seat upgrades, etc. No place on earth should charge $30.00 for a snow cone!!
Boyfriend and I went. We really enjoyed it. The large stadium gave the trucks lots of room to go for the jumps.
It sucks that I had to pay for the whole seat because I only needed the edge.. Very exciting experience.
Would like the option to print out tickets for the event. The new times for the event were awesome. Home before dark a reasonable time for young children. Parking lots need workers to direct traffic out of the lots in an orderly manner.
The show is fun! My 6 yo thoroughly enjoyed it as did I. If you have smaller kids that doesn’t like loud noises, make sure you opt for some noise cancelling headphones or something.
Fantastic view great cars and entertainment . people shouting and rooting for the best car
This Event was very exciting! Fun! Fun!! it’s was aerating! It was 💥
