About
monarch. was founded in August of 2021 by Sarah Hartstein (vocals), Alex Alfaro (drums), Nick Pappalardo (guitar), and Jesse Hartstein (bass), and have been playing shows throughout New York and beyond since. Their originals are inspired by soul-jazz, rock, and indie artists such as the 1975, Amy Winehouse, Fiona Apple, and more.
