Giving visiting fans access before home season ticket members left many season ticket members out of getting tickets and made them go through re sale which was 3x the price. Also having the sponsor code leak is not a good look and while some of those orders were reversed it still took tickets away from people who wanted to go. Game was great and atmosphere was cool.
The event itself was awesome. Ticketmaster failed in so many ways. Literal excrement
Ticketmaster has been in this business for decades so they should know better than to use generic sponsor codes to allow bots to buy up swaths of presale tickets. The experience with them was a disaster. You'd think they'd be good at this by now.
Sucked at the beginning of the week when the tickets were hacked......it wasn't a good deal for season ticket holders ...made the Crew look bad...even though it was probably the problem of MLS, having their fingers in the pot. Didn't know until you scanned the tickets at the gate if the tickets were good...a little relief...but you still didn't know for sure the tickets were the only ones sold for your particular seats, until you got to your seats As I said..this sucked The game was great and the Win was PHENOMENAL!
The game was incredible. The Ticketmaster experience was a joke. Just absolutely awful. Zero on a scale of 1-10.
The stadium is wonderful - the semi-covered roof kept the fans dry and the giant hi-def tv screens showed the players in the monsoon. Concession lines were fast, staff was helpful in getting everyone into the right seats, and the atmosphere was electric.
It has been an exciting season and the MLS Cup win was awesome!!
The whole experience was amazing. High energy, lots of suspense, great crowd participation.
The Crew are the real Black and Gold! You should tell everyone you know.
Can’t believe the ticket prices for this game although it’s mls cup final. Go crew! Time to upgrade the stadium capacity.
