There is nothing like going to a majestic Theater like the Alabama Theater to return to yesteryear when going to the movies was an event. The sights and smells of popcorn popping and the atmosphere of folks enjoying a night out, especially during Christmas time, is like no other. We all had a great time and look forward to when we can return for another event at the Alabama Theater!!!
I’ve seen this movie many times, but watching it at The Alabama Theatre was a wonderful experience. Loved the atmosphere, the singing and organ, and sharing it with friends! Thank you for making this a new Christmas tradition!!
It was Awesome. We love watching it at the Alabama Theatre every year. It’s a must see !
Great place, the movie was great and I had a great time with my wife.
This was my mother’s favorite movie and I had seen it on tv many times growing up. But seeing it on the big screen, in a gorgeous old theatre like the Alabama, was wonderful! Nothing compares!
Though I had seen this movie 20 times or more there was still such a pleasure to see it in it's original format on the big screen. The Mighty Wurlitzer pumping out Christmas music before and after only added the the festive nature of the afternoon. Much fun and will be seeing other movies in the holiday series.
We were amazed at the consistency that they take care of their guests etc.Great job again.
I loved watching Miracle on 34th Street at Shea's theater. It was awesome and a great venue. I even ran into a few friends of mine there.
While I've watched this movie for years at home, I thought it would be wonderful to enjoy our beautiful theatre and this touching Christmas Classic on the big screen with my 2 granddaughters. There were amazed at the beauty of our Shea's theatre, and were very impressed by the Buffalo Visual and Performing Arts Chorus that was singing in the upper lobby. The movie was great, and I learned that they had never seen it, which only made the day more special. I would encourage every family to make the holiday movie a family tradition and enjoy both Shea's and the wonderous fun winter activities in the city of Buffalo!

This Christmas show with my entire family present will go down as one of the best experiences of my life! The organist with the audience singing before the showing was wonderful. The Alabama Theater is by far the beautiful and fabulous showcase of the South and I am proud that it is located right here in Birmingham. Everyone working there are so nice and enhance the experience. The organist is absolutely perfect for the job and obviously loves his job.
Our evening at the Alabama and watching Miracle on 34th St was outstanding as usual.. A great theater that is always in first class condition and a staff that makes you feel very welcome..
This is a fabulous event. The organ is a unique experience and just fantastic. Great for all ages!
We took the kids because my husband and I saw Casablanca for Valentine's. We all had such a great time! Family friendly but would be good for a couple or a group of adults too.
It was a very good movie I cant believe I waited all these years to watch it.
This movie was wonderful! The sound was perfect and the atmosphere was awesome. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a classic outing!

The Alabama Theatre added to the magic of the season and to a great movie.
My wife and I loved the show and was taken back by the beauty of the theatre. I would definitely visit to see more shows without a doubt.
Full house, great Christmas story (even though we have seen it countless times before), and the snowflakes at the end was a nice touch. Enjoyed!
