Nice to be close to the ice, but would have appreciated a heads up that we had to look through half tinted glass to see --- rather irritating. More concerning, is the fact that this arena doesn't have railings for people to walk up and down the stairs --- it is an accident waiting to happen --- and I am sure it already has. Wouldn't choose these seats again. Arena staff very helpful.
As a MNSU Alumni it was a great time, I always love watching the Maverick Hockey Program. Any hockey fan would enjoy a Mavericks game!!
we arrived early to check out where our seats were. They were great seats and we no sooner sat down for a moment than the security/usher came up and said we couldnt sit in those seats. He said they were being held and when i showed him our tickets he said too bad the were double sold and he would find us other seats. The first two he found us were obstructed and we asked for other seating which he found though they were not near as good a view. We were very dissappointed that the stadium was double selling seats.
Had a good time - love that they have the option for adult beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the game. We are 1 1/2 hrs away, so glad they won.
Maverick hockey is always a good time especially when they play the Gophers. The ultimate rivalry!
Great venue. However, need to remove advertisements from the glass. These ads block your view when you are looking at the far end of the ice.
Great place to watch a college hockey game, if you like college hockey this is a super fun event.
Hockey that rivals NHL. Two great games for a 4-3 & 5-3 victory for the Minnesota State Mavericks over Boston College. Great action!
Front row or top section....so amazing for MSU Maverick Men's Hockey games. The screen rocks and is full of exciting videos, replays, etc. Mascots on the ice, stunt monkey, cheerleaders.....so much to enjoy. Wish we could go to all the games!
I am new to the area and wanted to see a game. It was a great game and the staff at the Verizon Center were great. I enjoyed every minute.
The game was good and the venue is good. It is handy to the Twin Cities.
The Verizon Center is a good place to watch a hockey game, and our seats in the 4th row were good for seeing the players up close. Too bad the Mavericks didn't play better.
My buddy and I showed up to the game approx 20 minutes before the game and didnt get in until 10 min left in the first period. As it was the first game of the year, they were very unorganized and kind of under staffed at the gates. Once we got in, everyone was very friendly and very helpful finding our seats.
Great facility and great game. A chance to see many former ushl players.
Great game, 10 goals, 1 waved off. Back and forth wagon wheel hockey.
It was a fast action, lots of scoring game. Do believe my husband and I just might become hockey fans. Of course our granddaughter being one of the cheerleaders makes it even more exciting for us!

This game was so much fun to watch! I absolutely loved the game! I also thought it was super awsome to have the maverick machine playing!! That was one of the things that made the hockey game great besides obviously the hockey game in general! I had such a great experience and will be coming back again!
Hopefully with the new renovation they get a big TV screens that works for replays
We had a great time at the game. Leg room is tight, but view was great. With them being ranked #1 in the country it was fun to watch them play. Enjoyable atmosphere.
