Another great WCHA hockey game! Happy to see MSU beat UND in overtime.

Great venue, not far from the Twin Cities. Two teams battling for contention. What else could you ask for?

Another Home and Home series that got away from one team, and made the other team happy. Each team has a lot going for each other............one young and robust and the other needs to find itself with all its talent.

Great arena to see a game. Game was very exciting.

The Mavs put up a good fight against the defending National Champion Bulldogs and skated to a 4 - 4 tie. This was the first year that I attended a Mavericks game in Mankato. In fact, this was my forth game so far. I have to admit that I really enjoy the atmosphere. For example, the Mavs have a competitive team, the venue is decent, you can find free parking, the fans are knowledgeable (yet not snobs like Gopher fans), tickets are very reasonably priced, and you gotta love their Ole! chant after they score. If you live around the twin cities and you're sick of all the peacocks on parade at Mariucci, give Mankata a try.

Games were great except the fact that cow bells were rung in my ear all night. That is totally disrespectful to fans around them. If they only rang them when goals are scored it wouldn't be a problem, But to ring them to tick me off was absurd and uncalled for. Noisemakers are not allowed in most arenas for this reason. MSU please help.

Mavericks vs. Gophers is always a good game to go to. Attending the Verizon Wireless Center in Mankato for hockey games is the best ever!

Great arena. Good food spots close by. Great seats. Surprised when they said it was sold out. Don't think so.

Nice place to watch College Hockey, plus the only college arena in Minnesota that you can purchase adult beverages. Atteched hotel another plus.

Having standing room only tickets is not the thing to do in this arena. The local folk think that they own the arena and are constantly walking in front of you and standing in front of you before taking their seats. God Bless the volunteer ushers. They did a wonderful job, but were out numbered by the local fans. Suggest that if you attend an event here -- make sure you have a seat. There is not a bad one and the sight lines are great. The other bad news is that the ticket window will not allow you to upgrade your tickets from standing room only to seats if the seats are available. Boo.

Great game! It's always exciting when the Mavericks score. Especially when they play hard and win!

the game was awesome. our seats were right smack up against our penalty box, which was pretty cool if you haven't sat there before. there was one issue in that one of our seats was broken so I had to sit forward the whole game. sec 103 row d seat 2. It would be nice if it could be fixed for the next guest.
